Amount spent on cigarettes per month
Cost of a pack of cigarettes Number of packs bought per week
$ ........................................ x ................................... x 4 = $ .........................................
Quitting has removed so much stress. I used to go without food so I could get a pack of cigarettes!
What I’ve gained is priceless. You can’t go and buy a new pair of lungs! I don’t want my children to smoke and I’ve taken control of my life.
Using a Quit Coach was great…the most difficult thing was that first step — actually going in there. She made me feel so comfortable… you were allowed to make mistakes.
