decks for painting, 6) Sodding. Establish calendar, assign supervision responsibility.
D. Consider additional concrete laid in excess of bid; additional work not included in bid; unit 403 backpatio resurfacing.
E. Consideration of proposals for 401-405 gutter replacements by Gutter SolutionsF. Consider obtaining estimates for deck repair for units 311 and 317, and removal of rotting decorative
deck post at unit 313.G. Consideration of sealing foundation of unit 112 water apparently coming through wall at laundry
room and by back faucet. RECOMMEND EVALUATION OF FOUNDATION PRIOR TO
ACTION.H. Obtaining engineering report for replacement of retaining wall behind units 218-222.I. Obtaining engineering report for drainage. Especial problem: erosion on Tharpe Street side of
duplex unit 311-312, and all down the north side of the Westwood property.

Guest speakers are from the citys Smart Meter project. They are Lee Stillwell andReese Goad from the City, and representatives from Honeywell. Honeywell will beinstalling the smart meters for the city.Complete details about the project can be obtained by calling 1-800-557-2151.Benefits include:
- locating outages- tracking water usage- reading meters remotely
They should be out here in a month to begin installing the meters and will precede theinstallation with a letter letting people know when its going to take place.

Honeywell inspected our existing meters and said the infrastructure looks good overall.The switch out should go quickly. If a meter is pulled and a problem is found, the citywill be called to fix the problem at no cost to us.Lee Stillwell is the point person to contact directly. 891-6168.
Approval of minutesThe minutes from the 3-13 meeting were read and acceptedThe minutes from the 4-24 meeting were read and accepted, with the addition of the
following: Mr. Sublett indicated he didnt need to be paid for the pictures he took of the313 v U-Haul incident.
Officers and committee reports
Presidents report- The fence in the dump area has been removed and the area looks good- Deck replacement for unit 406 and 407 is underway
The cost increased dramatically The responsibility lies with the homeowner to repair anything within the wallsand below the unit.
- Storage room doors are being replaced. In some cases, we have chosen to havemetal plates put on the lower portions of the doors instead of replacing the wholething.
- Non slip strips were replaced on the pool steps- Assorted wood rot repairs have been completed.- The hole in the floor of Mrs. Newtons unit (512) is not related to a roof leak or
an a/c leak. There is no leak currently and Mrs. Newton has been informed thatthe repair is her responsibility and expense.
Treasurers report- The financial information was offered up for questions and is included in this
document.
Tree committee- H&H submitted a bid for resodding (see attached) recommending starting at the
worst areas first- Resident comment: can we have someone fill in the edges of the fresh concrete to
raise the ground up to the level of the side walks?
Light committee- The 200s are lit again.- The dump pole is upright, but not lit yet. Its on the list.
Old business
- 312s meter has been checked out by an electrician who will write a lettersumming up his findings.

- Further consideration is tabled until the city has installed the new meters andevaluated the old ones.
- One of our concerns is the conditions of the wooden post prior to installation.- After numerous calls to the city, weve gotten nowhere closer to getting Lake
Josephine removed. BG recommends getting A&A to dig out the dirt. We will
investigate further.- Prioritization of deck, roof, gutters, and retaining walls for application of 2008assessment is tabled until we get more info.
Residents comments
Pool repair- JC will get the shower head fixed- The broken corner of the pool is still a work in progress.- LR moves to but 2 more umbrellas, DJ seconds,AIF
Garage sale- Judy Edwards acquired $45 in expenses for signage. No one has any recollection
of her being authorized to spend the money.Debris left on decks of 418, 417, 416 following A&As roof cleaning- LR will follow up
Kim McHardy, 412, concerning the compounding of her late fee- Mrs. McHardy was given a report detailing her late fees.- Her issue is not getting her repairs done in a timely manner. She says she has sent
letters to that effect.- BG maintains that we cant make an exception to her late fees and not
everybodys- She feels she is not getting satisfaction from the HOA.- Nothing got resolved.
New business
With the exception of the following, all new business is tabled due to time constraints.Action Labor
- BG moves to have Action Labor come and work on the list of things they are ableto do, DJ seconds, AIF
