Loews Coronado Bay Resort charges a $100 per stay fee for pets. Note: They limit the number of pets to two (2) per room, maximum 40 pounds each. Member and Physician Guest registration is $450, if postmarked or faxed by Thursday, October 13th. Registrations postmarked or faxed after this date will be charged an additional registration fee of $50. Please be sure to register by THURSDAY, OCTOBER 13th to receive the DISCOUNTED EARLY REGISTRATION FEE! Meeting confirmations will be emailed to the email address provided on the registration form.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations received in writing by Monday, October 31st will be refunded, less a $100 administrative fee.
