ing isn’t enough, and nomatter how hard you tryand how much weightyou lose, you can neverget rid of those problemareas. This is where SleekPhysique can really bebeneficial. By using amachine that specificallytargets the problemareas, Jennifer and Garyare able to blast the fatand manually go afterthose specific fat cellsthat you want gone forgood. By doing this, they can physically helpto shape your body andbring back your naturalcurves.

“My lower ab-domen just wouldn’tbudge no matter what Idid,” writes clientStephanie. “Another com-pany promised a ½ inchloss after six treatments and that’s ex-actly the result I got. After three ses-sions at Sleek Physique, I am down 2¼ inches and can’t wait to see howmuch more I can lose!”

Results vary from person to per-son, but so far Gary and Jennifer havehad some wonderful success stories.“A few of our clients have lost asmuch as 2 ½ inches in one session,”says Gary.

Want to turn heads this sum-mer? Give your friends something totalk about and transform your bodylike never before with Sleek PhysiqueBody Contouring.

Whether you are looking for aquick fix to fit into your favorite pairof jeans that have somehow “shrunk”over night, or are aiming to lose someserious inches, Sleek Physique is greatfor nearly any body and lifestyle andwith their cutting edge technology canhelp you get the shape you’ve alwaysdreamed of.

Oh, and did I mention there isabsolutely no down time? That’s right. With no pain, no incisions and nobruising, you can get off the table andright back to your normal routine.“The process is pain-free and non-in-vasive; there is no harm at all to thebody,” says Gary Ohrmund, co-ownerof Sleek Physique, who runs the busi-ness alongside his wife Jennifer. “Itcan be done one time or it can bedone hundreds of times. The fat thatwe melt away is gone forever.”

“I compare the feeling to gettinga hot stone massage,” adds Jennifer.

“It’s a slight pressure and as the treat-ment continues it heats up the areaand the fat cells. We have had severalclients fall asleep during the treatment;there has even been some snoring in-volved. It’s very comfortable!”

Developed by Body SlimmingExperts in California, the Ultra SlimPlus II Platinum machine at SleekPhysique uses the latest technology inultrasound cavitation and radio fre-quency treatments for removing un-wanted fat and cellulite. This machineliterally melts your fat away. “We de-stroy the fat cells themselves,” saysJennifer. “The ultra sound waves cre-ate micro bubbles, which vibrate andbreak the cell walls. The fat cells andthe contents are then flushed outthrough the system naturally.”

Before opening Sleek Physique,Jennifer and Gary did their research. They tested out numerous differentmachines, with varying levels of suc-cess. “We found that this machineproduced the best results in theshortest amount of time,” says Gary.“This technology has proven to methat it works. The results speak forthemselves!”

Another added benefit of theslimming treatments – in addition tomelting away fat, the radio frequencyhelps tighten the skin and shrink theelastic fibers in the body. Oh, and didI mention that it prompts the body toproduce more collagen fibers? Thosewho appreciate just how significantcollagen fibers are really love thisadded bonus!

By losing inches gradually, and inconjunction with the radio frequencythat tightens the skin, your body isable to steadily adjust to the fat lossand your chances of having an abun-dance of left over loose skin is signifi-cantly diminished. Sleek Physique willhelp your body shrink back into its

natural shape! “We have had several liposuction

clients who have come to us for helpafter their procedure,” says Jennifer.“With liposuction, it is usually a singleprocedure and it vacuums all the fatout and what you are left with is whatyou are left with; that’s it. In addition, many of these patients have scar tissuebuilt up in the incision sights andsome are left with dimples. By usingthe ultra sound cavitation, our treat-ments are able to break down the scartissue underneath and help the skin laya little flatter.”

Treatments can be performed ona variety of body parts on both malesand females. Traditionally, abdomens,

thighs, triceps, buttocks and “lovehandles” are the locations that individ-uals desire to improve, but other areascan be treated as well. Sleek Physiqueoffers free consultations, so if youthink that this is something you mightbe interested in, call and make an ap-pointment today.

As an added incentive to try itout, Sleek Physique is offering somegreat package specials. It’s all about girl power and sister-hood for the Citrus Park Rockies, thefirst ever all girls t-ball team at CitrusPark. Making history, this all girlsteam has been working hard to provethat their team has what it takes tocompete with co-ed and all-boysteams in the league.

Ranging in age from 5 – 7 yearsold, these girls sure have heart andprove that girls can play ball too! Itwas the vision of mother Danielle Diazand other parents in the area thatbrought this team to life. Wanting togive their daughters the same bondingexperience that many of their sons gotto experience by playing on an all-boysteam, these parents banded togetherto start an all-girls team. “We startedthe Citrus Park Rockies with thehopes of having these girls grow to-gether as a team throughout the years, giving them the opportunity to formthat camaraderie that all- boys teamsget to experience,” says Danielle.

“We want our daughters to growup and be well-rounded and know alldifferent types of sports and not justballet and gymnastics. Being a part ofa team is a completely different experi-ence,” adds one mom.

For many of these girls, this is theirfirst time playing a team sport, but youwould never be able to tell – the waythey work together as a team is reallyimpressive and they have already began

to show such immense progress. On the other hand, there are quite

a few girls on the team who have beenaround the ball field their entire livesand have already played a few seasonson a coed team. They have graciouslywelcomed the new girls and madethem feel right at home on the field.“Half of the girls have older brothers sothey are accustomed to being at thepark and many have played on othercoed teams,” says Danielle. “Now, it’stheir turn to shine!”

After talking to many of the girls,it was clear to see that they were really

happy with the opportunity. Com-ments ranged from “It’s really fun”and “It’s better because we get to playwith all girls and no boys,” to “We getto meet new friends and play withfriends from school.”

Joining a team is a great way for

young girls to build their confidence, and when it comes to the ColoradoRockies they are all about positive rein-forcement and proving that girls arejust as good as boys when it comes toplaying ball! “The coaches are so goodwith them,” says one mom. “The rein-forcement and positivity is amazing. They are all about encouragement.”

Danielle adds, “It’s important toteach these girls from a young age theimportance of teamwork and for themto get out there and play against theboys to help build their confidenceand egos.”

With purple tie-dye socks, andcan-do attitudes, the Colorado Rock-ies are here to prove that this season,it’s all about the girls! Watch out, be-cause they’re here to win!

By next fall the Citrus ParkRockies are planning to expand theall girls t-ball and softball programand are looking for girls ages 6 to16 to play.

For more information pleasecontact Danielle Diaz at [email protected]. Additional infocan be found by visitingwww.CitrusParksa.org.

Friday and Saturday nights areBallyhoo’s busiest times. I came oneFriday at 6PM to check things out andwas amazed to see all the age groupsrepresented. Long-time diners, the two enjoyed beingable to share the Ballyhoo dining ex-perience with their daughters. Annaquipped, “The She Crab Soup here isphenomenal! It keeps me comingback.” She was right. While waiting for our entreesincluding the scrumptious JerkRubbed Yellow Tail Snapper and Cap-rese Sea Bass Specials to be prepared,we chatted and feasted, recalling oldtimes at Ballyhoo with smiles. Few

words were spoken after our mealswere brought to the table all at once, since there was some serious eatinggoing on! That is a testament to howdelicious everything looked andtasted, as well as to how well-preparedeach dish was. We simply could notput down our forks! Even the vegeta-bles were delectable… and just howoften is that the case? I enjoyed everylast bite and had no room for dessert.Alas, we’ll have to save that for an-other day.
