FOUNDATIONS
1. THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION REPORT SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS APART OF THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
2. TYPE OF SOIL: SANDY CLAY ALLOWABLE SOIL PRESSURE : 2500 PSF
3. ALL SITE GRADING, ENGINEERED FILL AND/OR UNDERLAYMENT REQUIREMENTS SHALL BE PLACED ANDCOMPACTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GEOTECHNICAL REPORT AND SHALL BE DONE UNDER 'THEOBSERVATION OF THE GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER.

STRUCTURAL TESTING AND INSPECTION
A. THE FOLLOWING CHECKLISTS ARE TO ASSIST THE CONTRACTOR IN SCHEDULING OF TESTING ANDINSPECTION RELATED TO STRUCTURAL FEATURES. THE WORK OF OTHER DISCIPLINES MAY REQUIRETESTING AND INSPECTION THAT IS ADDITIONAL TO THE ITEMS LISTED BELOW.
B. SPECIAL INSPECTORS SHALL BE QUALIFIED BY TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE FOR THE REQUIREDINSPECTIONS AND MUST BE ACCEPTABLE TO THE OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE. INSPECTORS SHALLTHOROUGHLY REVIEW THE APPLICABLE PORTIONS OF THE DOCUMENTS. INSPECTORS SHALLPERFORM ALL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS REQUIRED BY CBC SECTION 1704A.

8. GLUE ALL FLOOR PLYWOOD SHEATHING TO ALL SUPPORTS, INCLUDINGBLOCKING, WITH 1/4 INCH MINIMUM BEADS OF APPROVED ADHESIVEMEETING APA SPECIFICATION AFG-01 AND APPLIED PER NER-10B.
