FOUNDATIONS

1. THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION REPORT SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS APART OF THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.

2. TYPE OF SOIL: SANDY CLAY ALLOWABLE SOIL PRESSURE : 2500 PSF
