In order to complete the above Hywel Dda Health Board began by developing a Bilingual Skills Strategy

Identify language skills of current Workforce to deliver a healthcare service bilingually.
Each service team supported to provide a bilingual service by developing an action plan outlining how through
creative workforce planning
training and recruitment
They will be enabled to close anyidentified Welsh Language skillsgap.
