WELS WEST PROPERTY WHITEHORSE MINING DISTRICT YUKON, CANADA NTS Map Sheet 115J 05 LOCATION The WELS WEST project is located in west central Yukon. The property covers 132 quartz claims over an area of 2758 hectares. Access can be gained by helicopter out of Beaver Creek 50 kilometres to the west. The Alaska Highway runs north-south approximately 20 km west of the Wels West claim block. HISTORY Prior to 2002 there is no recorded exploration in the project area. In 2002 the YGS conducted a mineral resource study in the Wellesley Lake area. The YGS mineral assessment crew collected a total of 21 soil samples from the central ridge on the WELS West property. Samples returned gold and were highly anomalous in arsenic implying a strong correlation between the intrusive and anomalous gold-arsenic-antimony. PROPERTY Further work on the WELS West claim block uncovered a significant and strong gold in soil anomaly outlined over a 3 km by 3 km topographic ridge. The soil grid history has comprised of 1729 auger samples collected in 2011 and 2012. The combined soil results include 47 sites reporting > 100 ppb Au across the grid. Three distinct gold in soil anomalies are evident on the grid and are named Saddle, North Ridge, and SW Spur. The Saddle zone located near the center of the claim block is the strongest anomaly extending 1500m in a 070° trend, and is from 50m to 300m wide. A second sub-parallel but weaker anomaly extends from the SW Spur again on a 070° trend. The North Ridge anomaly is an elliptical zone approximately 900m by 600m. A second NNW 330° trend to the soil anomalies is also present which may link all three anomalies. These trends are consistent with regional fault trends in the area. A 1.5m deep trench returned 3740.0, 1984.5 and 5204.4 ppb Au. The rock geochemical signature is very similar to the signature for the grid soils. The 43-101 report was updated February 2014. The results obtained from Trench A in 2013 warrant an aggressive program to define the best drill targets. An airborne survey was conducted in the summer of 2014 over the main anomalies on the block. A crew was also on the property trenching and sampling. Assay results are expected in the fall of 2014.

LOCATION

The WELS WEST project is located in west central Yukon. The property covers 132 quartz claims over an area of 2758 hectares. Access can be gained by helicopter out of Beaver Creek 50 kilometres to the west. The Alaska Highway runs north-south approximately 20 km west of the Wels West claim block.

HISTORY

Prior to 2002 there is no recorded exploration in the project area.

PROPERTY

Further work on the WELS West claim block uncovered a significant and strong gold in soil anomaly outlined over a 3 km by 3 km topographic ridge. The soil grid history has comprised of 1729 auger samples collected in 2011 and 2012. The combined soil results include 47 sitesreporting > 100 ppb Au across the grid. Three distinct gold in soil anomalies are evident on the grid and are named Saddle, North Ridge, and SW Spur.

• The Saddle zone located near the center of the claim block is the strongest anomaly extending 1500m in a 070° trend, and is from 50m to 300m wide.

• A second sub-parallel but weaker anomaly extends from the SW Spur again on a 070° trend. The North Ridge anomaly is an elliptical zone approximately 900m by 600m.

• A second NNW 330° trend to the soil anomalies is also present which may link all threeanomalies. These trends are consistent with regional fault trends in the area.

• A 1.5m deep trench returned 3740.0, 1984.5 and 5204.4 ppb Au.
