Pyramids Gyms

New for 2009, ‘Wellness’ offers a choice of differentmemberships. Our qualified fitness instructors will be onhand to help you decide which option suits you best.

Warwick District Council operates four Pyramids gyms forits customers, and if you are a member of one, you are amember of them all. We have state of the art equipment,which is easy to use and designed for all users regardless offitness level. Our fitness equipment is accredited as part ofthe Inclusive Fitness Initiative (IFI).

We offer a full range of Wellness membership optionsincluding a pay as you go membership. To take this option you have to join as a casualmember and renew each year.

How do you join?Please book an induction session by speaking to one of the instructors, going to reception or telephoning yournearest centre.

When you come for your appointment just bring someexercise gear, indoor trainers, t-shirt, sweatshirt, shorts /tracksuit trousers. Upon joining you will be issued with amembership card, which you will need to bring every visit.

There is a 6 month minimum contract with this package alongwith a one month minimum notice period to cancel.This package entitles the member to unlimited use of Gym /Swim / Sauna / In house fitness classes.

We offer monthly direct debits or an annual fee that allowscustomers unlimited use of facilities, depending onmembership, but with no minimum contract period.

We offer monthly direct debits or an annual fee that allowscustomers unlimited use of facilities, depending onmembership.

Membership – monthly direct debit £25.00One annual payment – 2 months free £250.00

This package entitles the member to unlimited use of Gym /Swim / Sauna / In house fitness classes.

This package is only available for 60+, Students, Unemployed &Disabled members. Proof of eligibility will be required.

For all direct debits, an initial payment will have to be madeby cash, cheque or credit card on the first visit to allow timefor the mandate to be set up. Both direct debit and annualmembership include the initial appointment in this fee.

Corporate membershipThis is available to companies and/or groups of people whojoin one of the above categories who pay the annual fee,and a discount is offered depending on the number ofpeople. Please contact the Finance and AdministrationOfficer on 01926 456207 for further details.

Casual membershipFor those of you who like the flexibility of paying as you use thefacility, then we still offer a casual membership. This is subject toa joining fee, membership is renewed annually.

Fitness ClassesWe have a wide choice of fitness classes to suit all ages and abili-ties and you will find details of these in the enclosed leaflet.Please check in advance that your class is running and book atreception.

Concessions60+ and disabled users unlimited use at anytime. Students,youths (16-17) unemployed off peak times only. Must show IDincluding E.S. 40, Job Seekers Allowance or DSS Benefits Agencynotice or book for Income Support, or Students Union Card (fulltime status or student aged under 25 years).

Loyalty CardHave your commitment rewarded! Get your card stamped witheach visit and after 9 visits, you’ll get the next visit free.

Personal TrainingFor those of you who want one to one motivation, personaltraining is available. Please contact the relevant centre for more details.

All staff who operate the Crèche are experienced in the care ofbabies and young children. Some of the staff have formal childcare qualifications and there will always be at least one of thequalified members of staff in the Crèche at all times.

The Crèche is a subsidised service and we make every effort to keep the charges as low as possible but priceincreases are sometimes unavoidable. Please contact the relevant site for current prices.

St Nicholas Park Leisure Centre operates a Health Account which allows Crèche users discounted rates when your child isusing the Crèche. Please call the centre for further details 01926 495353.

Times of Crèche and swimming sessions change during School Holidays. Look for posters at the Centre for details.
