Programme de liaison et consultation intersectorielle

(VL: CROSSLINK)

Objectif :

faciliter l’échange de l’expertise et desexpériences de terrain de toutes lespersonnes impliquées pour offrir des soinscontinus basés sur les besoins del’enfant/ado et de son entourage

Une attention particulière a été accordéeaux jeunes présentant un diagnostic deTDA/H (trouble du déficit de l’attentionavec ou sans hyperactivité)

LA MISSIONFavoriser une vision intégrée et globale

en matière de TDA/H qui s’inscrit dans lecadre de la réforme des soins de santémentale pour enfants et adolescents.

Favoriser un usage adéquat despsychostimulants.

Participer à la construction d’un réseau.Favoriser le « travailler ensemble ».
