Flush Door. Our organization offers excellent doors that are
manufactured and designed using quality approved raw materials in
accordance with the set industry standards. We have all latest
manufacturing equipments and machines to design these doors that suit
with current trends of the market. Tested against various quality
parameters, these doors are offered at industry leading prices.
The Making
High quality wooden flush doors are therefore in great demand from discerning architects, builders and contractors. Our doors have solid blockboard core with cross band and face veneers which are bonded with the Hot Press process by using Urea Formaldehyde Resin with REBA for Boiling Water Resistant (B.W.R. Grade) & Pheno formaldehyde Resin for 100% Boiling water Proof (B.W.P. Grade).
Type (A): Commercial - With face veneers from selected commercial hard wood.
Type (B): Decorative - With one or both side face veneers from decorative timber like Teak, Wenge, Sapeli varieties of lamination and decorative skins.
Thickness: 25, 30, 32, 35, 38, 40, 45, 50 & 55 mm in double or single leaf construction.
Size: Supplied in Standard size as per IS or as per the requirements.
Core Options: Timber Core, Particle board.

Fire Rated Doors
Fire Rated Doors & Frames provide a safe exit in case of fire emergency by preventing the spread of fire and smoke. It’s an integrated fire protected system a fire door panel, with its frame and fixture.
Non-Fire Rated Doors & Doorsets
Made of 5 layers with Solid/Tubular core which is sturdy and load bearing. It has various application in residential and commercial spaces, where fire doors are not mandatory. Available in thickness 30,32,35,38,40,45&50 mm.

AASAN DOOR FRAMES
Aasan frames are factory finished to match the aesthetic look of the door leaf and give a coordinated to your vision. Aasan doors offers frames with various cores options so as to make them suitable for fire rated and non-fire rated applications. In case of fire rates doors frames are made using the high density to match the fire rating of the door.
Intumescent strips rebated on to all three sides of the door frames which expand to seal the gaps between the door and frame to prevent the spread of fire and smoke.
Aasan frames are made using best quality wood which is kiln dried imparting it tolerance seasonal variation in weather, this frames are available in varying surface finishes be it natural, stained, painted. To further enhance the look architrave is used which covers the gap between walls and frames. Architrave size can be customized and as per customer requirement.

Aasan Doors and Frame adhere to all the Indian qualities and standards. However, there are certain measures which needs to be followed to ensure its longevity.
Low Maintenance
For paint and laminates, a soft duster or soap and water will usually clean the surface satisfactory to maintain the appearance of the painted and laminate facings.
