Dear Health and Wellness Enthusiast,

We’re excited to share the WellStyles program with you. It’s a program we feel helps us make healthy choices, be well together, and inspires all of us to live better every day as individuals and as an organization!

In a time when we are all moving at lightning speed and are often “too busy,” it is essential we carve out time and attention to focus on ourselves every single day. With the WellStyles program, we’ll get fun and engaging challenges, helpful content, wearable fitness devices, and tools to encourage you to make wellbeing a priority. It goes beyond physical wellness by helping us make healthy, long-lasting behavior changes for more energy, focus and drive. As an added bonus, you’ll have the opportunity to choose your own rewards you would like to offer to employees!

When considering the bottom line of investments in workplace health, know that a reduction in claims and lost work time will occur when employees are earning incentives for achieving health milestones and receiving routine healthcare. With a Virtual Visit, you can see and talk to a doctor via mobile device or computer – 24/7, no appointment needed. The doctor can give you a diagnosis and prescription*, if needed. And with a UnitedHealthcare plan, your cost is $50 or less.
