If I only have an email
address (no phone number),
I’ll reach out to them via
email. If I know that they’re
active on Facebook, I’ll also
reach out that way.
7 CALL/TEXT:
If I have a phone number,
I’ll either call or text,
depending on how well I
know them – if I know they’re
more likely to text, I’ll text. I’ll

8 CONNECT:
When I reach out, I
try to start with a point of

I met them, or how they’re
