Expedition
• DofE cannot distract from academic school commitments.
• Non attendance of school the day after an expedition can have an effect on the completion of the qualification, unless a doctors note is provided.
The expedition section isn’t easy so we always advice that you - plan, prepare and train !

Expectations
Bronze navigation day - Sunday 7th February 2016
Bronze practice weekend – Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd April 2016
Bronze qualifying weekend – Friday 17th and Saturday 18th June 2016

Expedition Dates
• Complete an application form – Hand it in at Oak reception by Monday 13th July.• You will receive a letter by the start of next year if you have been successful.• There is a maximum of approximately 112 places.
