Order Information

Botanical PaperWorks is proud to work with all of our retailers to provide products that are

eco-friendly and stylish, which appeal to the upscale eco-chic customer. Here’s everything

that you need to know about placing an order.

Order Minimums

Opening order minimum is $300 wholesale. Reorders are a minimum of $200 wholesale.

Any orders placed below minimums will be automatically corrected up to order minimums

by Botanical PaperWorks.

Per Product Multiples

In addition to overall order minimums (see above), there are also product multiples. All items

except single cards must be ordered in multiples of three per design/color. Calendars, card

sets, seed bombs and more should be ordered in quantities of 3, 6, 9, etc. per design. For

example, if you are ordering two styles of journals, each style/color must be ordered in 3’s.

Single cards such as Sweet Fruit cards (pg. 15) should be ordered in multiples of 6 per

design. For example, if you are ordering the Apple and Pear single cards from the Sweet Fruit

collection (pg. 15), each of the Apple and Pear cards need to be ordered in 6’s.

We will correct all orders to adhere to these order multiples.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing shown in this catalog is the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).

The standard discount for retail stores is 50% off MSRP. Payment is due by the retail

store’s credit card at time of placing an order, unless previously approved for credit terms.

Retail Agreement

Shipping

The selling prices do not include freight or insurance. These charges will be billed to

the retail store on each order. Orders will be shipped by UPS or FedEx from Botanical

PaperWorks within 2-5 business days of receiving the order.

All designs and design names are copyrighted and owned by Botanical PaperWorks Inc.

Products may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Returns

Botanical PaperWorks does not take any returns unless the product is found to be

defective. All claims for shortages, damaged or defective products which may be the

responsibility of Botanical PaperWorks, as to which Botanical PaperWorks will be the sole

judge, are to be made in writing by the retail store within five calendar days after the date

of the delivery.

Seed paper at work

In February of 2012, we planted a piece of seed paper in our very own offices here at Botanical PaperWorks.

The piece was about the size of a business card, and as you can see in the photos above, we had great success!

Within a week we were seeing little sprouts, and a few weeks after that, we had a whole bunch of buds and

blooms. Before we knew it, we had enough flowers to make a bouquet of these beautifully delicate wildflowers!
