Compensation & Fees
• All splits are based on production
• NO automatic annual roll-back of your split
• R3 does supplement agent services and infrastructure with fee of 2.5% + .5% for E&O
• NO transaction fees, tech fees, franchise fees, admin fees or hidden fees
• You pay for your license fees, Realtor® dues, MLS fees, Designation Dues and personal marketing materials/tools
