Throughout this series we have been memorizing a Bible verse – Ephesians 2:10! Do you think you know it by heart? Let’s go over it together!

God made (point both hands up) us to do (point to self and others) good works. (thumbs up) Ephesians 2:10 (Open your hands like a book.)

(Repeat two more times.) Way to go! When you do the good works that God created you to do, you shine! Let’s sing about that!

• That song was fun! I think we are all warmed up now to check in with Maddie, Harper, and Jaden. Those are our friends from the Wonder Clubhouse.

• They’ve been trying to start their own kid’s band! How exciting! Let’s check it out.

Let’s follow Ollie to our TRUE story from the Bible. On the count of 3, I want everyone to yell ”Kid’s Rock”. Ready? 1… 2… 3… Kids Rock!

• In our Bible story today, we heard all about a big sister who did something pretty amazing to protect her younger brother.

• Handyman Luis told us that Miriam protected her brother just like God wanted her to, and because she did, God would use Moses to do some pretty amazing things! PS Rock 2 WK 2 (3)

• So tell me, who can do what God wants them to do?

I can do (stomp after each word) what God wants me (spin) to do! (jump in the air)

• Although Maddie had band practice, she knew

that protecting the bird was more important. • Is there someone in your life who God wants you

to protect? (Wait for responses) • God loves us and cares for us. We can be more

Let’s take a moment to pray! o Heavenly Father, thank You for this amazing

story. Help us to protect our little brothers and sisters and anyone else around us that needs protection. We want to do what You want us to. We love You. In Jesus’ name, amen.” • Now let’s get up on our feet and worship our

God!

Great time of worship everyone! We can rock when we do the right things with our hands, our feet, and even by what we say!

We have TWO opportunities for you to make a difference and be a kid that rocks!

• Here at our church, we let others know that they are NOT FORGOTTEN and that Jesus loves them!

• How do we do this? With our offering! When we give our offering, the money is used to get God’s Good News of love to the world!

All month long, we will be collecting school supplies! You can bring in supplies like new crayons, folders, paper, notebooks, pencils, and scissors! Check out the flyer to see what school supplies you can bring in to help kids in need get ready for school!

Summer 2017 has already been awesome, but we are ready to kick it up a notch here at CF Kids with Tiki Time!

Fruity drinks with little umbrellas. C'mon girls, c'mon fellas.
