Welcome to Oak Ward'Looking After You'August 2018

Hello my name is Clare Noden, I am your Ward Manager

We look after patients with various conditions but Oak Ward specialises in Rehabilitation. We care for both men and women on the ward in 5 or 8 bedded single sex bays with separate bathrooms. Each ward also has some single rooms, allocated on clinical need.

• Before entering a bay or side room please wash your hands and / or apply alcohol hand gel from a dispenser• Meal times are protected and take place about 8am - 9am / 11.30am - 1pm / 5pm - 6pm• If you would like to be with your relative or friend outside of visiting time please speak to myself or another member of the team. Visiting hours for the ward are 2pm to 4pm, and 6:30pm to 8 pm every day.
