We are conveniently located off Highway 46 West less than 5 miles from downtown Paso Robles. Our beautiful grounds and stunning facilities are the perfect setting for your next event.
Our hospitality buildings can accommodate a variety of events from intimate dinners beneath our olive trees, to private meetings and conferences or even a customized dinner that you will never forget.
We excel at the specific types of events outlined in this packet but we are open to complete customization. If you don’t see exactly what you are looking for please reach out so we can build you a custom event & quote.

Niner Private Event Information
• Full access to venue day of event (without interference of normal operation hours)• Day prior event set up/drop off (arranged with coordinator)• Tables and chairs (up to 60 guests)• All plate and flatware (up to 60 guests)• Setup and tear down of event space • Assistance with rentals and upgrades• Light decor from our estate if desired (olive branches, votives, etc.)• Wedding ceremonies and receptions subject to additional charges
• Cocktail hour - passed or stationary appetizers, local cheese & charcuterie table• Dessert table - assorted petit fores and other treats• Photobooth - custom with your logo/saying, photos/videos/gifs• Party favors – e.g. personalized gifts like bottles of wine, gift packs, etc.• Specialty non-alcoholic beverage services (local sodas, sparkling water)• Local craft beer/cider• Custom linen/ table decorations• Heater options for outdoor events

CONTACT US FOR OPTIONS & PRICINGFor lunch group larger than 10 people we require special accommodations. We offer great
options for large groups and ask that you contact us for availability and pricing. Due to nor-mal operation hours there may be limited availability and/or a site fee.
Niner Private Event Information
Due to harvest the Craft Winery may be unavailable for use August-November
We have adequate parking to accommodate your event. We do not provide shuttle or large group transportation but have a list of recommended shuttle and bus service vendors.
There is no charge for setup in advance of the event, but please keep in mind that we are open for business from 10am - 5pm, so venue may not be accessible until after business hours. All events must be concluded by 11pm unless otherwise arranged.
A 20% non-refundable deposit accompanied by a signed proposal is required to secure your date. The deposit will be applied to your costs the day of the event. Final Pay-ment is due a minimum of 48 hours prior to your event. Any on consumption items will be charged to a credit card on file at the end of your event unless otherwise specified
• 22% Service Fee applied to event total• Tax (currently 8%) subject to change• Additional services or special requests, customizations etc.
• The 20% deposit is non-refundable• Final agreement of BEO is due 14 days before the event• We require at least 30 days notice of cancellation for full refund
