Homework Bag The agenda will be used as our communication log. Homework will be written in the agenda. The agenda should be signed every night. “Monkeying Around With Math Activity” duo tang: Starting next week, we will be sending home a math activity with your child. Your child may do this activity as many times as you would like during the week. It is to be completed by Friday. Some games may require materials such as dice, cards, counters or playing pieces. These can be bought at the dollar store or you can use things from home (pennies, macaroni, etc). Math Facts duo tang: Math facts should be worked on every night. Reading Log: It is the expectation that your child will read with an adult every night. Once they are finished reading they will fill out their reading log. Your child should be filling the log out by themselves then you can sign it.

Snack and Lunch• Please send a healthy snack for our recess
break.• Children are encouraged to eat their sandwich
before they eat their desserts at lunch time.• Please try to send things you know your child
will eat, it helps lunchtime go smoother. • There is a Teacher on duty in the hall.• All lunch money is to go in an envelope or baggie
with your child’s name and what they are ordering. Your child will hand it in the morning. We do not deal with lunch money, it is up to you to have it ready in the morning for your child.
