The Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick
According to the tesmony recorded in the Gospels, Jesus spent much of his me healing the sick and broken hearted.

Being Transgender is not
a mental disorder! A study
published in The Lancet
Psychiatry suggests that feelings
about gender identity are not the
primary cause of transgender
people’s mental distress, as
has been widely believed; the
distress stems more from their
common experiences of social
rejection and violence.

MINI SERIES: LIVING WISELY IN TODAY’S WORLD
TWENTY-SIXTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME
September 25 New Testament Wisdom
with Virginia Stone, BVM
In the New Testament, Jesus has many encounters with a variety of people
and situations which reveal his awareness of the ancient Old Testament
wisdom. We will listen to these conversations and reflect on the
dynamics of living wisely in our lives today.
TWENTY-SEVENTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME October 2 Christian Faith and Dialogue in Election 2016 with Debra Schneider
Our faith can provide insight to make informed decisions and good moral choices. At the same time, political, cultural and media drama is making it harder to effectively hear one another and build the loving community Jesus intended. Come learn how we can form our conscience and be civil and loving
in our dialogue with others.
