We look forward to welcoming you to the Carpentry & Joinery Department!

WelcomeEach day you will be required to bring the following items to college:

• Steel-Toe-Capped Boots

• Pen, Pencil, Ruler & Eraser

• Calculator (not your mobile phone)

• Pad of A4 Lined Paper

• Lever-Arch File

• Scale Ruler

• Geometry Set

• Tape Measure

Please note that tracksuits and trainers are not allowed in the college’s workshops.

As well as the items listed above you may also like to purchase a toolkit, however, please talk to your tutor before doing this.

If you are unsure of anything, the above will be further explained at Enrolment Day and during your Induction Week.

You will also have the opportunity to take part in trips, visits and competitions during your course.
