The NECO Drive Chain is designed to connect the motor cog of the drive to the cog on the barrel connected to the

end plate.

FEATURES

DESCRIPTION The NECO DC Fire Control Panel is at the heart of our range of NECO Fire Curtains, Smoke Curtains and Fire Shutters. It offers many features which deliver full control with all site situations.

Electronic LimitsA fire/smoke curtain can be commissioned without gaining access to the motor. All limits are set from the control panel.

If you need to return to site to commission your fire/smoke curtain, only one engineer is required.

Battery Back-Up:If the power supply fails, the inbuilt battery back-up system maintains operation of the fire/smoke curtain until the power is restored (up to 96 hours).

Audio VisualA full audio siren and flashing beacon are supplied. These can be (dis)connected depending on the site requirements.

Split Drop DelayOnce the alarm is activated, the fire/smoke curtain will descend to the middle split drop limit and remain in this position for up to 16 minutes.

It acts as a smoke curtain and prevents the spread of smoke, allowing people to escape before it descends to the floor.

Delay Before DescentOnce the fire alarm is activated, the curtain will remain in the up position ensuring the safe evacuation of the building. After a set period of time (up to 16 minutes), it will automatically close.

Safety ProductsNECO Light Guard

The NECO Light Guard can detect obstacles in the way of a descending door from 1800mm in height and 6000mm in width.

If there is something in the way of a descending roller door, the sensor will recognise it and the roller door will stop it’s descent and return to it’s default position.

It boasts an impressive response time of 45ms.

NECO Safety Beams

Upon detecting an obstruction NECO Safety Beams will automatically raise the shutter/door and prevent injury or damage. NECO 4m Safety Beams work within a 4m range and are prewired to a transmitter and a circular reflector.

NECO 6m Safety Beam also available.

NECO Safety Beams are supplied with a bracket and fixing screws.

NECO Wireless Safety EdgeThe Safety Edge Control Box is secured to the bottom

lath/ bottom rail and to the Safety Edge Rubber.

When activated by the safety edge, a signal is transmitted to the remote control box to prevent the door closing and

causing further damage or injury.

NECO Safety Edge RubberThe NECO Safety Edge Rubber is suitable for use with 55mm or 77mm lath and is availble as either “P” or “T”

Rubber.

The NECO Safety Edge Rubber is available as a 30 meter coil or can be cut to order.

The NECO Wireless Alarm Activator can be used with the NECO Rollermatic Garage Remote and act as an intruder

NECO Centre Lock

The NECO Centre Lock is a galvanised lock for roller shutter doors.

It attaches to the lath or the bottom rail and secures against the guide.

2 x Keys Included.

NECO Ground Lock

The NECO Ground Lock is spring loaded and designed to fit to the bottom rail of a shutter

It is fitted below ground level with the bolt secured to the bottom rail and fixed to the lock mechanism.

The lock is secured using a padlock (not included).

NECO Pin Lock

The NECO Pin Lock is designed for use with steel roller shutters.

It is galvanised and chrome plated and secured by welding the housing to the guide.

The NECO Chain Keep Lock is a galvanised clamp which can be used to secure a manual operation chain.
