BirdRes Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies act, 1956 having its registered office at E-9, Connaught House,
Connaught Place, New Delhi–110001, India (hereinafter referred to as "BRTPL") has developed and is the proprietary owner of the web-based distribution
portal called "BirdRes.com" herein after referred to as the “BIRDRES Portal";
The Birdres Subscriber is engaged in the business of selling/providing travel services for airlines, hotel, rail, Utility, Cinema etc. reservations and ticketing to
travellers and desires to enhance its business of sale/distribution of travel services through "Birdres.com" and seek to access to the portal “Birdres.com”
ABOUT MATRIX Matrix is the leading provider of Complete Mobile and data solutions for Indians traveling abroad. Matrix SIM Cards Matrix provides country-specific mobile connections that enable international travelers to enjoy the services provided by the local network of the country they are travelling to at the most economical tariffs and give them the convenience of getting a local post- paid number before departure. Matrix customers enjoy huge savings as compared to using International Roaming solutions from local Indian operators. Matrix Data Services
Using data services on your Smartphone while on International Data Roaming can be a costly ordeal. Unknown too many, reading and checking emails, browsing through websites or even using your BBM while travelling on International Data Roaming costs a lot more than you think. GETTING STARTED
Logon to www.birdres.com/booking
Enter the user login credentials as
[User name]
[Password]
[officeID]
Click on the product tab – International SIM Card –
NEW REQUEST/ BOOKING
Select Country: select the country from drop down for SIM card.
Select Card type: select the card type for SIM card/data card.
Choose plan: Choose the plan as per selection of country and card type.
SIM Quantity: you can select the required SIM quantity till maximum of 10.

View Plan Details: User can see/download the plan details and take the print out to click on the View Plan Details.
Item Details: System will itemize your SIM /Data card details.
Customer Details: This area will cover customer details like name, passport number, date of birth, trip date, customer billing address, SIM delivery where SIM card has to delivered to customer, etc user has to enter the correct and valid details which would be same shared to MATRIX.
Security Amount: Customer needs to pay security amount for buying the SIM card/data card as per the country and SIM card plan. This security amount is adjustable with customer SIM/data card usages of bill.
[Scenario -A] INR 2500 – Country: Singapore/Malaysia/ Thailand/UAE/ Sri Lanka
[Scenario -B] INR 6000 – Country: all rest of countries except annexure-A when payment mode would be Agency credit limit.

[Scenario -C] INR 5000 – Country: all rest of countries except annexure-A when payment mode would be Credit card.
[Scenario -D] INR 100 – Country: For All countries including annexure-A and annexure-B when payment mode be AMEX credit card.

Payment Details: There is two mode of payment for security amount.
Agency Credit Limit- User can pay direct from his credit limit
Customer Credit card- please select the card type Master/VISA/Dinners/Amex.
Please enter the correct card number as mentioned on credit card.
Please enter the card holder name.
Please enter the card expiry date
Online Refund:[optional] Incase of security amount refund/ trip cancellation/ No-show , user can enter customer’s bank details to direct online refund to respective account.
Terms and Condition: Mandatory to check the terms & condition before submitting the SIM card request. Please click on link terms & condition to see all the norms, disclaimers and T&C.

Booking Confirmation: once the request submitted by user, system will confirm SIM card request status on next page.
Email confirmation from BIRDES to Customer: Birdres sends email to customer email-id with request status.

Welcome Email confirmation from MATRIX to Customer: A welcome email send by Matrix domain to customer’s email ID.

Print Voucher: User can take a printout of booking voucher by click on print tab.

Retrieve Request: Booking can be retrieved by specific search criteria input like booking date range, officeid, booking status or birdres Request ID.
Daily MIS: User can search and pull the booking report from MIS tab. Export button facilitate to download the MIS in excel format
Commission and Payout
Matrix defines the countries in block-1 and block-2 respectively:

BLOCK-2 : Rest of the world (countries not belonging to block 1)
Fixed Payout:
For countries belonging to Block 2, Rs 500 per sales
For countries belonging to Block 1 and zero rental tariff, the fixed payout will be lesser than the above mentioned payouts by Rs 400
Commission would be add up at the end of month reconciliation. SLA would be 30 days from booking.
Claw-Back:
If the customer will not paid the matrix card bill before the due date of payment, BIRDRES subscriber’s earned commission will revert from agency credit
limit account. The reversal of commission back from the birdres subscriber agency credit limit account called Clawback.
Commission will be rolled back incase of no bill payment by customer under the estimated bill due date.
Bidres subscriber understands and acknowledges that if actual usage of the SIM card is less than INR 500 then commissions from the next consecutive cycle will be deducted.
In cases of trip or booking cancellation, commission would be deducted.
Cancellation and Refund:
For booking cancellation customer need to call Matrix helpdesk no and register the cancellation log.
Incase of any refund/reversal of security amount etc. SLA would be 30 working days to process the refund back to customer. Birdres subscribers can
advice the customer banking detail during the booking request in terms of direct refund. Please avoid to any kind of junk, wrongly, fake, null value
information while putting the customer details , if any wrongly misconduct, transgression of details found Birdres subscriber will be fully responsible.

Customer needs to sign matrix CAF form at matrix counter to obtain SIM card.
Matrix CAF form can be accessible in birdres.com from the tab [download CAF].

Return of SIM / data card:
1. The customer is solely responsible for returning the SIM Cord/Data Cord to Matrix within three days of arrival in India from aboard, unless otherwise
specified in writing to Matrix. In case of delay in return, the customer short be liable to pay INR100 per day till the same is returned to Matrix.
2. In case of loss/misplacement of the SIM Card(s) with or without the Mobile Equipments) Customer stroll immediately intimate Matrix in writing via
Registered Maii/UPC Or E-Mail at [email protected] Matrix shall thereafter within reasonable time deactivate the SIM Card. Customer shall
continue to be liable for usage charges incurred on the SIM cord/s, until it is so deactivated and would also be liable to pay 750/- (Seven Hundred
Fifty Rupees) per SlM cord last/ misplaced. In case of loss/misplacement of tire Mobile handset or Data Card, customer shall be liable to pay 5,000/-
(Five thousand Rupees) per Handset/ Datacard.
Bills and Payment:
1. Bills are raised by Matrix as per Tariff Plan choose by customer and an the basis of usage details from the parent network of visited Country.
2. Bills shall include the airtime charges, access charges, monthly rentals, service tax charges for other services including Supplementary Services and
other applicable interest, penalties, fees, charges etc.
3. Bills are raised on a Monthly basis and ore dispatched within five working days of the expiry of the billing cycle. If bills ore not received within ten
days of the end of the billing cycle. Customer shall immediately intimate Matrix and collect the duplicate bill and pay the some on or before due
dote: If no such intimation is received it shall be presumed that the bill(s) have been duly received by the customer. Matrix reserves the right to
change the timing referred to herein and subject to systems, the billing cycle of any/all customers at anytime in its sole discretion and intimate
customer accordingly.
4. Bill/s shall be paid by customer on or before due date including the excess amount from the credit limit assigned.
5. If the amount due is eat settled \vithin15 days of the presentation of the bill, Customer will be charged on the outstanding amount, late payment
charges at the rate of INR100 per month for every 5000 or part thereof {min. late payment charges INR100/-) computed on full month's delay.
6. Matrix reserves the right to forfeit/adjust interest free deposits/amounts/advance/fees etc, against any delayed non-payment of any bill or any
amount thereof. Customer shall continue to be liable for the balance payment if any.
7. Matrix reserves the right to increase the amount for deposits/advances at any point in its sole discretion with respect to any/all Customers which
shall carry no interest.
8. Matrix is authorized to charge the Credit Card of the Customer in single/multiple authorizations/transactions up to the full& final bill generated.
9. Any increase in taxes and/or levy of new taxes, levies, duties etc. shall be borne by/paid by the Customer.

10. Any increase in taxes and/or levy of new taxes, levies, duties etc. shall be borne by/paid by the Customer.
11. If Customer fails to make any payment, Matrix among other things/remedies, is authorized to demand immediate payment thereof from any Credit
Provider/Bank Account of Customer and the customer shall not dispute the same or get the amount charged back.
12. The security amount shall be refunded (if not adjusted In the bill(s) ) to the Customer offer 60 days of the return of the SlM Cord.
Termination/change in service and Tariff plan:
1. Customer may terminate the sim/data card plan by sending request in writing but shall be liable for any usage made and monthly rental accrued till
the SIM cord is not returned to Matrix.
2. In case of Long term connection, .the early termination charges/fees will be applicable as per Tariff plan selected.
3. The customer can change the plan anytime the changes ore applicable from the next bill cycle untill which bills we generated according to the
existing bill plan.
