Experian Prospector“Prospect Locator” is designed to enable customers to build and purchase business lists on a ‘self-service’ basis.

Features include:• Business lists with purchase and download facilities• Customer support service with an online chat utility• Automatic e-invoicing system for credit purchases• The B2b project was run over a period of 4 years

with five phases complete to date. • Avco continue to maintain and host the site using a

secure PCI DSS environment.

AnyComms Plus

AnyComms Plus is an easy to use web-based secure file exchange application.

• Currently used by 15 Local Authorities in the UK.• Automatic email notification • On-line Questionnaires • File Merging/Splitting• Any web browser can be used, such as Firefox, Safari, chrome or IE. • Files are stored encrypted and transferred using the Secure Socket Layer

(SSL) 128 or 256 bit encryption method.

E-symbiosis• e-SYMBIOSIS is a LIFE+ Environmental Policy and Governance Project co-

funded by the European Commission.

• 36 months Project started on the 1st of October 2010.• Implementation in Greece and United Kingdom.• Industrial Symbiosis brings together companies from all business

sectors with the aim of improving cross-industry resource efficiency.• Optimises material and energy use.

A2C Migration Application

The A2C Data Exchange Project is designed to improve the previous Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) process.

• Avco Systems built the migration application on behalf of the JCQ.

• The changes were introduced between September 2011 and August 2012 and the project is now live.

• Management Information Systems (MIS) will be able to handle more processes and more qualifications.

AllpayAVCO developed the Allpay App to provide their customers with a more convenient method to pay their bills.

Features include:• Free of charge App, with bills paid on the touch of a button. • Stores all payment reference numbers, bank card details

and payment amounts. • 4 digit pin number to access the App avoiding a lengthy

login.• Cross-platform mobile development for iPhone, Android and

Windows Mobile.• Available to download from the Apple App Store and Google

Play.
