Since 1958, APRO Formazione aims at preparing young people to easily enter the labour market and at promoting lifelong learning for employees.
APRO Formazione is specialized in the management of education and training mobility projects for students, apprentices, youth, adults, teachers, trainers and educational staff.
We hold the Erasmus+ VET Mobility Charter. We actively participate, as promoters and partners, in European projects such as Erasmus+ KA2 and Partnerships in the following topics: mobility, work based learning, ECVET, employability, e-learning, didactic innovation, digital, etc.
APRO Formazione collaborates with over 200 private companies and organizations in the city of Alba that host participants, helping and encouraging them to improve their technical and linguistic skills.
At international level, APRO Formazione collaborates with more than 40 international organizations such as VET schools, high schools, universities, public entities and associations in 17 countries.
We receive participants from all over Europe and we organize internships for them in various vocational areas, as well as professional visits and courses.Mobility projects are generally funded by the European Erasmus+ programme or the European Social Fund (ESF), but also by national, regional or local funds.

Funded by the ancient Romans, Alba is located in the heart of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, recently declared UNESCO World Heritage Site.
One million tourists visit the town each year, attracted by its typical products, like wines and white truffle.
Many restaurants located in the area are Michelin starred restaurants.
Many festival and events live up the cultural life in Alba: the International Truffle Fair , Movida y Comida, Alba Jazz Festival, Vinum, Folklore festival.
Ferrero and Miroglio industries, and wine cellars drive the industrial development of the area.
Alba has a strategic position. We are:
• 60 km from Turin;
• 150 km from Milan and Genoa;
• 80 km from the Alps;
• 80 km from the seaside.

Internships in companyApro Formazione organizes each internship considering the participant’s curriculum vitae, his or her language knowledge, professional experience and future expectations. We guarantee constant tutoring and support, document management and certification of qualifications. Apro Formazione holds the Erasmus+ VET Mobility
Charter and applies the same quality to both outgoing and incoming mobility.
Training coursesAPRO Formazione organizes training courses for students, apprentices, adults, and youth from several countries.The courses, lasting one or more weeks, require a minimum number of 10 participants. Those can be scheduled before the training internships to increase the knowledge of the profession and the participants’ competences.
Professional visitsApro Formazione organizes training on the job, job shadowing and professional visits addressed to trainers, teachers, and educational and training staff. All courses can be tailored according to our partner’s needs.We yearly host groups of professionals who are interested in knowing and understanding the training system and practices developed in Piedmont, thus fostering the development of new cooperation and international projects.
Airport transferRound-trip shuttle bus from airports/ train stations to the accommodation.
Local transportWeekly or monthly local bus card to reach the hosting companies and the city centre.
AccommodationSingle, double or shared apartment in the Alba Village Hotel. The accommodation provides swimming-pool, bike rent, bar and restaurant services, and is located near our school and the city sport area.
Pocket moneyIf requested, participants are provided with weekly or monthly pocket money.
Language coursesEducational programs for people of all levels and ages with dynamic, interactive and flexible study methodologies, to better adapt to each student.
Company visitsVisit the best companies for the development of your training programme.
Cultural activitiesDiscovery of the wonderful territory of Piedmont with sightseeing and journeys.
Enter in contact with the local people with sports and cultural activities.
Monitoring, evaluation, certification and final report Accurate and quality Monitoring, Validation and Certification system to assure
the success of your project. Tools and instruments are shared and set up with partners.
The final report sent to our partner within two weeks from the end of the mobility.
24/7 ASSISTANCE“24 hours a day, 7 days a week” assistance for
emergencies.
ECVETECVET network member. Use of the European
Credit Transfer System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET) tools and instruments for all placements.
EuropassEuropass Mobility Certificate granted to each participant.
