Number the first 20 pages on the top corner of each page, like this:

Getting the Notebook ReadyWrite this acrostic poem on the 1st page of your math notebook underneath, My Math Notebook.

• Pages 2-3 of your notebook will be your table of contents.

• Draw three columns like this on each of the pages 2-3:
