Mrs. Nemeth

HOMEWORK

• We generally give homework every night except Friday.

• Studying constitutes homework. Please reinforce this at home.

• We give Math and L.A. (in some form) nightly.

• We try our best to give advance notice for tests in S.S., Science and Religion.

Morning Work and Dear Time

• We begin most mornings with morning work. This is a curriculum based worksheet that we ask the students to either turn in or save in their binder.

• Each day after lunch, we have a Drop Everything and Read time. Please be sure your child/children have a book in their desks at all times.

Behavior

• Circle Behavior Chart in Mrs. Nemeth’s room. Color code in Mrs. Lewnes’ room

• Student will have to “move their clip”. • All students start in the “Green Zone”. • One move sends them to the “Yellow Zone” or

warning. • Two moves warrant a loss of some recess.• Three moves sends them to the “Red Zone”. This

warrants loss of all recess. • Students can move their clips back to the “Green

Zone” if there is a positive change in behavior.
