My name is Stacia Jackson soon to be a graduate of LWPI as a Certified Wedding and Event Planner. I am the owner of Jackson Studio & Galleria. Jackson Studio & Galleria is a full-service high-end wedding planning company and venue. We focus on providing high quality, creative, and customized services to middle

and upper class couples. We target at customers who have budget of $30,000 or more. Our goal is to exceed the customer expectations right down to the

smallest detail because their wedding/ event deserves no less. We want to make the customer journey stress free so they can feel comfortable and confident and actually enjoy the day of the event no matter what happens. I want the

customer and their guest to enjoy the beautiful setting with great service that my team and I will provide. Our goal will be to receive the glowing feedback

from our guests and to know that we made each and every event as special and memorable as ever.Within five years I will have established clients and if not

working full-time in my own fully equipped venue to cater to any event. By year 10 my hope is to be a well-known event planner and venue owner in the Charlotte area. We are a wedding and event planning business and venue

established in 2019 and we are ready to ignite your dream. While we specialize in weddings we also do bachelorette, engagement, and birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, etc. We would like to congratulate you on your upcoming

Sample Services Wedding Shower Themes and Ideas The World Destination Shower ——Wanderlust couples’ favorite! The premise of the world destination shower is, of course, the world destination. Each guest isassigned a destination that the couple once visited, and should select a gift accordingly. For example,the guest assigned with the destination “British” might bring a fridge magnet, Sherlock Holmes Series CDs, Burberry scarf, etc. Make it a luncheon. Design the menu to correspond with the world destination. For example, your courses might include seafood paella, Sushi, and Maine Lobster. For dessert, what could be more scrumptious then Macarons? Les Amis Du Vin Shower ——Wine lovers’ choice! Pronounced “layz zam mee doo van”, this shower literally translates, “The Friends of Wine.” And you don’t have to be a connoisseur of the grape to enjoy a good year. Centerpieces •Fill a hurricane or glass globe with sand and shells then insert a candle votive within the center and tie with coordinating ribbon •Decorate large and small pillar candles with small seashells (just press the shells into the candles). Pour some sand on a mirrored tile, then place one large pillar candle in the center and surround it with smaller pillars of varying sizes. You can also tie all the candles together with some raffia ribbon. Place some small pieces of driftwood and/or larger seashells, dried starfish, etc... around the candles. •Fill large jars with sand; place shells, etc. inside and then close with a cork. Decorate with ribbon •Fill terra cotta pots with sand and push several taper candles in at uneven heights. Decorate the candles with small seashells •Fill a large clear bowl with water. MARRIAGE LICENSES REQUIREMENTS

GENERAL INFORMATION

There are two types of marriage licenses--Formal marriage license and Declaration and Registration of an Informal Marriage (Common law). The basic requirements are the same for both types of marriage.

Both parties must appear in person.

Both parties must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have a valid, government-issued picture identification. Names will be reflected on the marriage license exactly as they appear on the IDs. The County Clerk's office cannot change the name or spelling of name on ID. Forms of acceptable, valid identification include:

o Driver's license

o State ID

o Passport

o Military ID

o Visa

Must know Social Security number.

A blood test is NOT required. FORMAL MARRIAGE A formal marriage license can be obtained from any county in Texas and the marriage can be performed anywhere. If the marriage takes place outside of Texas, contact the appropriate state office, consulate or embassy to learn the marriage requirements for that state or country. Additional requirements and information:

There is a 72-hour waiting period after the license is issued before the marriage ceremony can take place. The 72-hour waiting period can be waived by meeting one of three criteria.

o The waiting period does not apply if an applicant is a member of the armed forces. Military ID must be shown to the person who performs the marriage ceremony.

o The waiting period does not apply if the applicant obtains a 72-hour waiver signed by a District Judge. Waiver must be shown and kept by the person performing the ceremony.

o Applicants possess a valid Twogether in Texas Certificate. Certificate must be shown to the person who performs the ceremony.

The marriage must take place within 90 days from the date of issuance--no exceptions.

If divorced in Texas, there is a 30-day waiting period after the divorce is final before remarriage--unless waived. If the 30-day waiting period is waived, a certified copy must be presented at the time the license is purchased.

The fee is $71 cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. (Credit card use adds an additional 3 percent fee.)

The fee is $11 for couples who attend the State of Texas approved Marriage Education Class and present a valid Twogether in Texas Certificate. For more information visit the Twogether in Texas website. ONLINE APPLICATIONS Marriage license applications may be filled out and saved online. However, applicants must appear in person to sign and purchase the marriage license. Please note: additional information will be required of

each applicant when the marriage license is issued. The process can be completed at the downtown location or at a Tarrant County sub-courthouse location. MINORS OBTAINING A MARRIAGE LICENSE Effective September 1, 2017, if either applicant is under 18 years of age, a court order granted by this state under Texas Family Code Chapter 31, removing the disabilities of minority of the applicant for

ABSENT APPLICANT An absentee affidavit is to be completed if an applicant is unable to appear personally before the County Clerk to apply for a marriage license. The other applicant may apply for a marriage license on behalf of the absent applicant. The County Clerk may not issue a marriage license for which both applicants are absent unless both applicants are:

a member of the armed forces of the United States stationed in another country in support of combat or another military operation A person may agree to marriage by the appearance of a proxy appointed in the affidavit authorized by Subchapter A if the person is: (1) a member of the armed forces of the United States stationed in another country in support of combat or another military operation; and (2) unable to attend the ceremony. CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the right to cancel this agreement with us within 7 working days of signing these Terms & Conditions only upon giving a written notice. The parties agree and understand that in the event

of a cancellation, our actual damages will be determined on the actual time and expenses. Therefore, the parties agree on the

Every bride wants the most important day of her life to be perfect! So that you can help her plan her perfect day, we have compiled a list of the most frequently askedwedding questions. Answers have been derived from authoritative sources on wedding etiquette,from the engagement to the wedding reception. Q: If this is a second marriage for the bride and first marriage for the groom, is it proper to give the bride-to-be a bridal shower? A: Yes, it is proper to throw a shower for a bride even if it is a second marriage. The shower gifts are for both the bride and groom. Without a shower, the new groom would be missing out. Q: Is it proper for the bride on a second marriage to wear white? A: Usually a bride that is getting married for a second time will wear off white, although the newer fashions have first time brides wearing off white as well. Be sure the groom wears an off white shirt under his tux; when standing next to the bride for pictures, they should match and you don't want herdress to look yellowed when standing next to the groom.
