Mingle with friends, enjoy the delicious hors d’eouvres and Cash Bar, play the wine game & bid, bid, bid on the wonderful silent auction items! Remember, all proceeds benefit the school and our kids. Rules & Procedures
Auction Rules Please do not remove bid sheet from the tables, even if you selected the new feature at the bottom of the bid sheet called guaranteed bidder or “automatic winner” of an item. Staff will be checking bid sheets periodically and will remove bid sheets with guaranteed bids. Guaranteed items will still be paid for at the end of the evening. All other bid sheets with traditional bidding will be picked up by staff according to the closing schedule. All items must be paid for at the check-out desk by the end of the evening or item will be sold to the next highest bidder. Items may not be removed from the premises prior to payment. All sales are FINAL. No refunds or exchanges are permitted unless specified in a particular offer. All items are sold “as is.” Spicewood Elementary makes no warranties or representations of any kind with respect to any item or service. Items purchased will not be subject to sales tax. Please note expiration dates on all gift certificates and gift cards. Please do not remove items, props or centerpieces from the tables. When you check-out for the evening, a runner will assist you in obtaining your items. No alterations or substitutions on auction items. Check-Out Procedures Proceed to the check-out area after the live auction ends and you are ready to pay for your purchases. Method of payment may be cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card or American Express. All payments will be run through Greater Giving/Auction Pay, our secure 3rd party software and clearing house. A bidder receipt will be given out that is documented proof of payment for item pick‐up and for tax deduction purposes. Take the receipt to a runner located outside the ballroom doors and a runner will assist you in obtaining your items. Check-out will begin AFTER the close of the Live Auction
