An Exciting Development

Outline planning permission has already been granted for the entire 35 acre development with full approval for the first phase, approximately 600,000 sq ft of office space which will be completed in early 2019. The second phase will be completed in 2020. The final phase will see the completion of the project in 2026.

ABP Royal Albert Dock will be a linear development comprising a 2km south side waterside promenade with shops, cafés, restaurants and office buildings.
