Hey, lovely.

Happy to have you with us on Day 3. I hope you’re enjoying the Challenge as much

as I am.

I will be honest with you, many women that I talk to think that they really know

what they want (and look for) in a partner. In one way they do. However, once we

go deeper and explore whether it’s easy for them to recognize such partner,

suddenly the answers don’t seem that easy.

For example, we’d love someone who’s e.g. funny, loving, supportive, caring… but

all of these are a bit general descriptions, aren’t they?

‘I want a partner who loves me’ isn’t really a description. What does it even mean?

I want a partner who’s home with me every night and goes to bed with me at the

same time I do? Is it a partner who calls you every two minutes or a partner who

gives you time and space for yourself? Someone who loves your quirks or has a

bunch of his own?

So, when I asked myself “What do you really need in a partner? What do you value,

Matea?” the answer surprised me. Of course, it wasn’t his looks or his hobbies that

were first on the list. The answer was: his values. The way he lives his life and how

he treats other people; what he finds important in life...

I sat down and I wrote my values. What do I value in love?

When it comes to love and relationships, our aim should be to have a partner that

resonates with our values, and has similar ones. If both of you feel e.g. honesty is

one of the most important values in love, you will both honor and live that value,

because it’s very important to both of you.

Though beliefs are unconscious and conscious, most of your values tend to be

unconscious. That’s exactly why so many women are not aware of what’s truly

important to them or how can they achieve it.

In the exercise below, you will find a list of values. Your homework is to take some

quiet time, go through these values, and mark the ones you know you want your

partner to have.

After that, select top 3 values that are non-negotiable, and answer the questions.

If you have ANY questions, you can contact me via email [email protected]

or in our The Lovables Facebook group.

Stay lovable as you are. x

Matea T.

My Top Love Values

1.

2.

3.

(It’s not so easy to pick just three, is it? ;) )

For each of these, ask yourself “How can I recognize this value in another person?

What is something they can say or do that will help me see they live this value?”

Search for examples – how they treat you and others, the way they communicate,

do they walk their talk, etc.

Value No3:

I would love to hear: was this easy or hard for you?

We are all so different. Some women ask themselves these questions all the

time, while other almost never.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Each day of the challenge, after you complete the workbook, you will get a mini-task.

Your mini-task will be to share one thing from the workbook in The Lovables group. If you share your mini-tasks on all five days, you are entering a draw to win a One on One Coaching Session with me, on any love subject you want to resolve. It might be a situation that you're currently in, the relationship you have with someone, something you've been struggling with, an emotional hurt you want to heal, or a goal you want to achieve. This coaching session will be highly tailored to your needs.
