On July 1, 2019 the Hilltop (Virginia Beach) branch of City National

Bank of West Virginia (CNB) will become a part of Select Bank & Trust.

We are excited to welcome you to a community bank with almost 20

This Welcome Guide will walk you through all of the changes you can

expect as we convert your current account(s) to your new Select Bank &

Trust account(s).

We have made every effort to convert your current account to the

most similar account at Select Bank & Trust, many offering additional

benefits. We encourage you to review this guide carefully and save it as a

reference guide. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your

accounts or our upcoming conversion, please call your local branch at

757.491.8810.

While some things, including your bank’s name, will change on July 1,

2019, rest assured the same branch in which you have been banking will

open and be staffed by the friends and neighbors you know. We hope

To minimize service disruptions this conversion is taking place the weekend of Friday June 28, 2019 and upon opening on Monday July 1, 2019 we will be operating on a new system. CHECKING, MONEY MARKETS AND SAVINGS ACCOUNT CHANGES Your checking, money market and savings account types are changing. This Guide and the accompanying Account Disclosures booklet detail all of the changes. DEBIT CARDS Debit cardholders will receive a new VISA® debit card and a new PIN by mail. SELECTBANK.COM Our web address is SelectBank.com. Here you can learn more about us and access your account information 24/7 with Online Banking. MOBILE BANKING A new mobile app will be available to be downloaded from the app store or Google Play once conversion occurs. available. The CNB ATM at the Nevan Road location will be taken offline and we will be replacing it with a new ATM which will not be functional immediately. See page 19 for ATM usage information.

JUNE 28 Your local branch will stay open until 5pm that Friday,

June 28, 2019, for your convenience.

Personal Deposit Accounts – Questions & Answers

Following the June 28 – June 30 banking system transition, will there be

different fees associated with my account?

The accompanying Account Disclosures booklet includes a new Personal

Account Fee Schedule that will be associated with your new Select Bank &

Trust account(s)effective July 1, 2019. The following fees will be waived for

the time noted:

• All regular monthly service charges on deposit accounts (checking,

savings, and money markets) through December 31, 2019

• Paper statement fees through December 31, 2019

• Select Bank & Trust does not charge a fee for the use of any non-

Select Bank ATMs. Any applicable ATM owner fees charged by

non-Select Bank & Trust ATM owners will be refunded through

December 31, 2019 (with the exception of Select Heroes

Checking, those are always refunded).

Beginning January 1, 2020, Select Bank & Trust accounts will resume

assessing the above monthly service charges and paper statement fees, and

no longer refund non-Select Bank & Trust ATM usage fees. This gives you

time to get acquainted with how your new account works and to determine

if it’s the right one for you. Additionally, fees for safe deposit boxes will

remain the same through your lease agreement (and will renew at the then

current Select Bank & Trust rates).

Will my account number change?

The account numbers for the majority of customers will not change. It is our intent to allow as many customers as possible to keep the same account number. In the rare circumstance that we would need to change an account number we will contact and assist you with this change. The routing and transit number (RTN) will change. The new RTN is 053112330.

Will I need new checks and deposit slips?

You will be receiving in the mail an introductory packet of checks

approximately one week prior to the June 28, 2019 conversion date. If

you are a heavy check-user you may want to consider placing an order soon

after conversion in order to accommodate your normal check writing. Be sure

to relay the new RTN of 053112330 if ordering from a vendor outside of the

bank.

Will the overdraft line of credit that is linked to my checking and/or money

market account change?

Your current credit line will not transfer to Select Bank & Trust. If you would like to

consider an overdraft line you may re-apply with Select Bank & Trust by contacting

your local branch. Your account will automatically be enrolled in Overdraft Privilege

of $500, additional information is included in the accompanying Account Disclosures

booklet.

What do I need to do to make sure my direct deposits and automatic drafts

continue to process?

Companies that direct deposit and/or automatically draft to and from your

account will need to be contacted within 60 days of conversion date. To

avoid interruption, you will need to provide account and RTN information

in order for them to make the necessary changes.

Will the statement date for my accounts change?

All accounts will receive a statement from City National Bank as of

June 28, 2019. The statement cycle for your new Select Bank & Trust

checking account will begin on July 1, 2019 and a statement will be

processed on the last business day of each month going forward.

Statements for your new Select Bank & Trust savings account will be

processed on the last business day of each quarter, in March, June,

September and December.

Will the interest rates I am earning on my accounts change?

The interest rates on your new Select Bank & Trust checking,

savings, and money market deposit accounts will be the then

current rates in effect as of July 1, 2019, and subject to change

without notice. The current annual percentage yield (APY) earned

on your accounts will be reflected on your monthly statements.

How will wire transfers be affected?

Effective at the opening of business on July 1, 2019, use the following

information for incoming wire transfers:

CDs and IRAs

CONSUMER AND COMMERCIAL CERTIFICATES OF DEPOSIT (CDs)

The interest rates, terms and conditions of your existing CD(s) will

be honored through maturity.

All Select Bank & Trust CDs are automatically renewable at maturity

and at the same term as the original CD. You have ten calendar days after

maturity to withdraw funds without penalty or to make changes. Interest is

compounded daily and credited to your account monthly, unless you

request a different payment method.

If you withdraw principal from your CD prior to maturity, your account is

subject to an interest penalty. A withdrawal will reduce earnings.

INDIVIDUAL RETIREMENT ACCOUNTS (IRAs)

You will see virtually no change in your IRA(s). Your current interest rate and

term will remain in effect.

Interest on all IRAs is compounded daily and the interest earned is credited

to your account quarterly unless you request a different payment method.

All IRAs are automatically renewable with a 10-day grace period following

maturity.

DEBIT CARDS

All current debit cardholders will be issued a new Debit Card and PIN

via mail. Debit cards are being mailed the week of June 16, 2019. If

you have not received your new card by June 26, 2019, contact your

local Select Bank & Trust branch.

Your new debit card(s) can be activated on/after 6:00 PM on Friday,

June 28, 2019 by making a debit card purchase using your new PIN

or visiting any ATM for a balance inquiry or withdrawal. Your

current CNB Debit Card will no longer work after 7:00 PM on Friday

June 28, 2019.

Select Bank & Trust does not charge a fee for the use of non-Select

Bank ATMs. Any applicable ATM owner fees will be refunded through

December 31, 2019. We apologize for the inconvenience of the ATM at

the Nevan Rd. location being disabled, however, once replaced you’ll

find more safety & convenience features.

Debit Card – Questions & Answers

Will my Personal Identification Number (PIN) change?

Yes, you will receive a new PIN by mail following the receipt of your new debit

card in a separate mailing, please be sure to be on the lookout for this.

You will be able to change your PIN once the card is activated by visiting a

Select Bank & Trust location or ATM.

Are my debit card personal withdrawal and daily purchase limits changing?

Beginning Monday, July 1, 2019, the ATM withdrawal limit will increase to

$600. The daily purchase limit will increase to $2,500.

What if I have recurring payments set up with my CNB debit card?

You will Need to change the card information stored with any recurring

vendors online or otherwise after receiving your new Select bank &

eSERVICES & TELEPHONE BANKING

Access to your current Online Banking and Telephone Banking systems will

continue through end of day June 27, 2019. All Online Banking

(including Bill Pay and Mobile Banking) services will be offline beginning

June 28, 2019. You will need to re-enroll in the Select Bank & Trust

options starting Monday July 1, 2019

ONLINE BANKING, BILL PAY AND eSTATEMENT LOG-IN CREDENTIALS Beginning July 1, you will access Online Banking via

www.SelectBank.com. You will need to re-enroll in Online banking,

creating new credentials allowing you to access Online Banking, Online Bill

Pay, and eStatements. See Page 23 for initial login instructions.

During your initial log-in, you will be prompted to select a password that

must meet the following criteria:

8 – 20 characters

Alphanumeric and special characters required.

Business customers who currently use Business Online Banking with

Online Cash Management functions will receive a separate

communication with more details regarding these electronic services.

ONLINE BILL PAY

Your online payee information will not transfer. It is recommended

that you go into your CNB Bill Pay module prior to June 28 and either

print or save the information of all of your payees (including addresses

and account numbers), your recent Bill Pay history, and all

auto/recurring payments. Once re-enrolled in Online Banking & Bill Pay

you can re-enter the information. All eBills and scheduled payments

taking place after June 27, 2019 will need to be re-established in the

new Online Bill Pay system on or after July 1, 2019.

TELEPHONE BANKING

Beginning July 1, you will access Telephone Banking via 1-833-

770-7859. Following the telephone prompts, you will enter your

account number as well as the Social Security Number of the

primary account holder. Enter your new PIN (must be at least

four digits and no more than ten digits) followed by the # key.

Key Online Banking and Online Bill Pay Dates:

JUNE 27: Last day to schedule payments in the current Online Bill Pay

system. Any new payments scheduled after June 27 will

not be processed.

JUNE 28: The current Online Banking and Bill Pay systems

will be taken offline. You are encouraged to print

any information you may need from the current

system before it is taken offline (including bill

payee information with any relevant addresses &

account numbers, eStatements, etc.) PRIOR to June

28 and you should also note or print all eBills and

auto payments. Once Online Banking is offline,

Select Bank & Trust will not be able to pull

information from the Online Banking system. Once re-

enrolled at Select Bank & Trust, 6 months of

transaction history will be available for viewing.

JULY 1: The new Online Banking and Online Bill Pay systems

will be activated at www.SelectBank.com.

MOBILE BANKING

Beginning Friday June 28, 2019, Mobile Banking will become inactive.

You may re-enroll in these services beginning July 1, 2019 by searching

“Select Bank & Trust” where you find apps and downloading the new

app. More information is available at selectbank.com. You must

login to Online Banking via a desktop browser before successfully

logging in on the mobile app (the ability to view accounts in the

Mobile Banking app must first be turned on within Online Banking).

eSTATEMENTS

Beginning July 1, 2019, customers who would like eStatements will

need to re-enroll in the service through Online Banking at

SelectBank.com. We encourage you to print or save any statements you

may need for your records prior to June 28. Beginning July 1, 2019, the

new eStatement system will begin to store up to 18 months of history.

eServices – Questions & Answers

Will I need to re-enroll for electronic services like

Online Banking, Online Bill Pay, eStatements, and

Mobile Banking?

Yes. On or after July 1, 2019 you will be able to re-

enroll in Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit &

eStatement. Once you’ve re-enrolled in Online

Banking you can download the Select Bank & Trust

app from iTunes® and Google Play® and login with

your Online Banking credentials.

When I log-in to Online Banking on July 1, will I see my recent transaction

history?

We will transfer the last six months of history. We also recommend that you

save your statement history and print out copies of any statements or history

you may need prior to 6 PM on June 28, 2019.

How is Online Bill Pay payment processing affected?

June 27 is the last day to schedule new payments in the current Online

Bill Pay system. All payments dated between before June 27 will be

processed as-scheduled. No payments will be made from the current

Online Bill Pay system as of June 28. You can log in to the new Online

Bill Pay system beginning Monday, July 1, and at that time you can

schedule all future payments. All eBills will have to be re-established

on/after July 1, 2019.

Will previously established recurring payments continue after the upgrade?

All previously established recurring payments will NOT continue after the

conversion to the new Bill Pay system, you will need to re-establish any

recurring Bill-Pay payments.

Will I need to set up my Online Bill Pay payees again?

Yes, you will need to re-establish all payees. We recommend printing all payee information (including account number and address) prior to June 28 for ease of entry once on SelectBank.com

I have the CNB Mobile app. Can I continue to use that?

The current mobile banking app will be deactivated as of. June 28. You will

be able to download the new app on Monday, July 1, 2019.

Who can I call if I need help with my Online Banking, Mobile Banking &

Debit Card?

You may call 910-897-3600 for assistance between 8:30AM – 8PM

July 1 - July 12, 2019 (M-F). Special weekend hours will be available June 29

& June 30 8:30AM – 8PM.

Go to www.SelectBank.com

Click on “New to Online Banking”

Click Enroll

Read and acknowledge the Internet Banking

Agreement and Disclosure

Input information & select Continue (be sure to

select Retail or Business)

Input information on the next page & select

Submit

Select Send Email Verification

Navigate to your email and click on the link

within the email to verify and select Yes when

the security box appears

From the confirmation screen select Login

Once Login is Accepted: Scroll completely

through the agreement, select I Agree and

Accept to continue with enrollment

Enter password information and select Continue.

Select watermark and submit, then Continue

Select Verification Questions and Answers then select Submit

Create Password Reset Question and Answer. This will allow you to reset your password yourself, then Select Submit.

not limited to—ACH, Wire Services, and Remote Deposit Capture,

Online Cash Management – Questions & Answers

I use Cash Management Services. How will those services be

affected? All Cash Management customers will receive a separate

communication with more details about those services.

Will I need new Remote Deposit Capture equipment or software?

Your scanner will stay the same, but there may be other

hardware and software changes we will need to address. You will

receive an equipment and software survey to determine how we

can best meet your needs. Windows XP® users will need to upgrade

their operating systems to Microsoft® VISTA®, Windows 7®,

Windows 8® or Windows 10® prior to the conversion. Windows

XP is no longer being supported by Microsoft. Online Cash

Management Services are only compatible with more recent

operating systems.
