All guests attending arena events are expected to comply with the following Citizens Business Bank Arena – Fan Code of Conduct. We are committed to provide a safe, comfortable and family atmosphere in the arena. Our staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where:• Guests shall be respectful to all other guests, fans, participants, event officials, entertainers, athletes, arena staff and arena property. • Guests shall not willfully and maliciously disturb a guest/employee and shall not interfere in other guests’ enjoyment of the event. • Guests will show their ticket when requested and sit only in their ticketed seat. • Guests who drink alcoholic beverages shall do so in a responsible manner. • Intervention with an impaired or intoxicated guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner. • Guests shall smoke only in designated external areas. • Guests shall refrain from using offensive language,

making obscene gestures, wearing obscene or indecent clothing, throwing projectiles of any kind and possessing prohibited items. • Guests will refrain from displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting. • Guests shall never enter the playing or performance area, or interfere with the progression of the event in any fashion. • Guests shall comply with the direction and instructions of venue staff. • Guests are responsible for their own good time by immediately reporting inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher or building liaison. • Any other conduct deemed by the venue to be inappropriate to the peace and good order of events or which may adversely affect the safety or persons or property will be handled by arena staff in its sole discretion.

For safety reasons, guests are refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items. Illegal items will be confiscated and turned over to the police. If a guest is found inside the venue with a prohibited item, the item will be confiscated and the guest may be ejected from the facility. Citizens Business Bank Arena has teamed up with Caption Colorado to provide convenient and easy access to all in arena announcements and emergency notices made on the Public Address System. Real time captioning is available anywhere, anytime throughout our arena on your browser based mobile phone. It is a mobile based system where any guest with an iPhone or Droid can view the Public Address announcements broadcast in the arena on their phone. The service is intended for the deaf or hard of hearing community but will be available to everyone. Visit the Guest Services Center at Citizens Business Bank Arena located near section 111-112, across from Big Diggity Dawgs concession stand, for more information. We have a limited number of Droid phones that are available to check-out during events. Guests will be required to leave a valid identification such as a driver’s license as collateral. CBBA recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities and has met or exceeded the requirements of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California accessibility mandates. CBBA provides a full range of accommodations for guests with disabilities to ensure their safety, comfort and enjoyment of our events and facilities. The following section highlights our services.

accessible / disabled ticketsAccessible / Disabled seating is available on all levels of the arena. Accessible and disabled seating are available through Axs and the CBBA Box Office. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you.

Wheelchair and accessible seating PolicyAccessible seating is reserved exclusively for guests with accessible needs and their companion(s). Guests purchasing accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and up to three (3) companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. This policy ensures that we are able to accommodate all those that need accessible seating.

We are committed to working with guests on a case-by-case basis to adequately accommodate individual needs. All ticket sales and exchanges are on a first come, first serve basis and will depend on ticket availability.

disabled ParkingDesignated parking is available in all of our parking lots. These spaces, including van-accessible spaces, are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. Disabled spaces are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, so please plan accordingly.

Pick up / drop off areaThe drop off / pick up area is located at the Northeast entrance on Ontario Center Parkway.

entrancesAll entrances at the arena are equipped with a ramp, as well as stairs, for guest convenience.

Wheelchair escortsWe provide complimentary wheelchair escorts to guests with special needs when requested. Wheelchair escorts are available once inside the arena, from any entrance, to your seat. Once inside the arena, all you have to do is tell one of the Guest Service Representatives at the entrance you would like a wheelchair escort. The wheelchair cannot be kept for the duration of the event. This service cannot be reserved in advance and is on a first come first serve basis.

Wheelchair / Walker storageFor guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their wheelchair, we will store your wheelchair at our Guest Service Center. Wheelchairs and walkers are not allowed to be stored at the seating section. A designated member of your party will be in charge of checking the wheelchair in and out.

sign language interpreters We are pleased to offer signed performances for our hearing impaired guests. Interpretation services are not guaranteed for every event; however, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Requests for this service must be received three weeks prior to the event by contacting the Guest Services Department at 909.244.5500.

assisted listening devices (ald) We are pleased to provide assisted listening devices free of charge. ALD’s are available for check out at the Guest Service Center. Guests will be required to leave valid identification, such as a driver’s license, as collateral. These devices are available for all hockey games and events where the house sound system is used.

restroomsAll restroom facilities at the arena are accessible. In addition, we have family/unisex restrooms which are convenient for disabled guests with opposite gender aides/companions.

electrical outletsEach row of accessible seating has at least one electrical outlet box and is available for any guest wanting to recharge wheelchairs or other medical equipment.

Our exclusive san manuel club is for suite or club seat ticket holders only. This exclusive VIP experience
