Flat Stanely is a character from the story Flat Stanley by Jeff Brown.

Students make paper Flat Stanley's and begin a journal with him for a few days. Then Flat Stanley and the journal are sent to other schools and/or families where students there treat Flat Stanley as a guest and complete the journal. He travels all around the world and each time we map where he has visited. This incorporates many elements of our Sunshine State Standards.
