Service for Service will end on Wednesday, August 31st. We are promoting it through social media, email and online initiatives.

Promotion details:

• The offer is a $5 Oil Change discount valid for 6 months (only on full-priced oil

• There are two packages available in Mkey. One to use when customers donate and another to use for customer redemption.

• This promotion keeps Veteran involvement top-of-mind leading up to Veterans Day.

• Centers have been mailed patriotic in-center POP to support the promotion. Please reach out to your local marketing representative if you have not received your kit.

• There is also an option for customers to donate online and receive their coupon via email.

Oil Change Packages: Last Week to Save!

Now through September 2nd, we will be promoting the End of Summer Sale. This promotion gives customers 50% off any oil change package, Monday through Friday only. This offer does not apply to Basic Oil Changes. We are promoting this offer online and on direct mailers.

National TV will start next week on the local stations in your area as well as local cable. You and your customers will see the second phase of “On With Life” campaign.

After in-depth research, storyboard planning, f i lming takes and edits, we are excited to air the f irst of many new commercials! The f irst commercial displays how the worries of car maintenance can take over a customer ’s l i fe, and showcases Meineke as the solution. This goes hand-in-hand with our tagline: “Taking Care of Your Car Shouldn’t Take Over Your Li fe”.

In order to strengthen the understanding of the range of total car care services offered, we have made extensive changes to the back-end of the TV spot. We now feature a list of services offered in our centers. Seamlessly integrate tire ordering through Tire Wire. Once your center is enrolled in

Tire Wire, you can sign up for the tire module where customers can reserve tires at your

center online.

integrate tire ordering into your MKey system!

The Meineke Marketing Team will start sending customer recovery emails and postcards at

six months, instead of 12. In addition, customers that haven’t been in for 9 to 12 months will

receive specialized offers to drive them back to your center. See examples on the right.

NOTE: It cost about six times as much to bring in a new customer than retain an existing one. Our CRM program automatically emails customers on your behalf with service reminders declined sales offerings and more.
