Income Tax 2011 Miche Canada is a developing Home Party Company. This year we collected your social in-surance numbers to provide you with a T4A. We have since received legal council from a firm specializing in Direct Selling. Upon reviewing the relevant tax reporting requirements, we are no longer intending to file T4A's. "There is no Canadian tax requirement to issue income statements/letters". However, if you would like Miche Canada to issue a statement of income as a courtesy, please contact your ac-count manager.

Rep of the Month-Michelle Kirby
Miche Rep of the Month?? NO WAY!!!!!!When Brenda emailed me to tell me I had been selected as Rep of the month, my first thought was that there had been a mistake, as there are Reps much more deserving of this title than me!My second thought was, I would LOVE to have the Tyra Shell, so I will take it before Head Office realizes they have made a mistake!!!! (My third thought, of course was OH NO, this means I have to have my picture taken for the newsletter, WHAT WILL I WEAR TO SHOW OFF THE FABULOUS TYRA SHELL!!!!)Brenda also asked, in addition to the picture that I include a note about what it means for me to be a Miche Rep.I have loved being a Rep since joining the Miche family in late October 2009!! Being a Rep has given me the opportunity, as a rather shy and reserved individual, to go beyond my usual comfort zone and meet so many wonderful women, both in the home party setting, and in the cyber world.If it wasn’t for Miche, I wouldn’t now be able to call some of these fantastic women my friends, some of which I have not even yet had the pleasure of meeting, but through out-lets like Facebook, emails and telephone conversations, these friendships have developed, and I can only look forward to the day that we can finally meet.Being a Miche Rep has given me the chance to introduce the Miche Bag to so many unsus-pecting party guests, and watch with joy at the look of wonder at their faces when they see for the first time what the Miche Bag is!! (I love that moment, when I see another woman fall prey to the addiction that is the Miche Bag, and I can say, welcome to the club!!)

Being a Miche Rep has also given me the ability to take a group of women, for a few hours away from the ups and downs of the outside world, their daily struggles of work, family life, and all that women are faced with today, and take them to a place where they can relax, per-haps reconnect with friends, and just play!!!Last, but most definitely not least, as a Miche Rep, I feel a sense of pride every time I see a Hope Shell! Being a part of a company that makes an effort to give back is a wonderful feel-ing, and the Hope program is one of the many ways that Miche gives back. Knowing that in Canada alone, we have been a part of something that gave over $43 000.00 to such a worth-while cause is amazing.As a Miche Rep I look forward to all that is still to come with a sense of anticipation and ex-citement, and I feel so fortunate that I am a part of something so wonderful.Thank you, Miche!My name is Michelle and I am a Miche addict :)

Reps Doing Good!-Allison Platt-Bennett
Display: There were about 50 different items!
Winner! Lucky lady from Sparwood, BC
Our Reps are at it again! Allison Platt-Bennett graciously donated a Red Hope Shell, Stacey Black and Black Classic to the Silent Auction/fundraiser in honour of Jen Hickling. Jen is a young mother of 5-year old daughter, Peyton. She was diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive form of cancer called Globular Cell Carcinoma in August. Jen has under-gone a number of devastating procedures and is currently going through Chemo Therapy. On December 10, 2011 in British Columbia there was a fundraiser (silent auction) held to raise money for Jen and her family. The winner won a trip to Cancun to sport her new Miche Bag! The total raised from ticket sales, donations, and the silent auction was over $12,000.

Cynthia Gallagher-Display Tip!
After coming across this post on our Miche Forum, we at Head Office felt we had to include it in this week’s Miche Weekly! Cynthia uses velvet covered stands and plant hanger stands to display the Prima and Demi bags when having a Party. She displays her Miche wallets beautifully on a velvet stand with three sets of horizontal bars. Her Clas-sic and Petite Shells are perched on some floral foam hidden underneath the table cloth. These are small and light, which makes for easy transport. She keeps her Petite Shells neatly in a classy wire basket which draws the eye. Her tables are only 4 feet long, small enough to use more than one and in many locations big or small. Even in the smallest of spaces Cynthia can set up her display on just one table with the Classic and Petite Shells along the sides of the display, a table cloth over her totes with the Demi and Prima bags are presented beautifully on them. With this use of display, ALL LINES of MICHE are be-ing presented to the fullest. Great job Cynthia!
