Paralegal Position Available

Legal Aid of East Tennessee seeks a full-time paralegal to work out of the Knoxville, Chattanooga,

Johnson City, or Morristown office to assist senior’s in general civil legal matters. This position will be

part of a state-wide Elder Trust Consortium, a first-of-its-kind partnership between legal aid programs in

Tennessee to bring high-quality legal services to our seniors.

A demonstrated commitment to high-quality legal work and equal access to justice is required.

Bachelor’s degree or certification from an accredited paralegal program required. Salary dependent

upon experience. Excellent benefits. This position is initially funded for three years. Continuation of this

Lamp Technician

Sun Tan City, one of the largest tanning salon chains in the country with approximately 300 salons in 21

states, is currently accepting applications for a hard working Lamp Changer in Tri-Cities, TN area.

The Lamp Changer position is a part time position. The primary duties of the position include reading

weekly lamp change reports, picking up lamps from designated warehouse, transporting the lamps to

the appropriate salon, and completing necessary lamp changes. Starting pay is $10/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Read weekly lamp change reports and create schedule

• Work with area technicians and complete lamp changes

• Report to local warehouse and load appropriate lamps

• Travel to appropriate salon(s) and complete lamp changes

• While at salons perform all necessary cleaning to the individual tanning bed

• Log and record all lamp changes in Tech Trac

• Remove and discard all trash compiled during lamp changes

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Periodic need to perform functions of a Maintenance Tech II.

2. Maintain all certifications of Maintenance Tech II in good standing.

3. Leader in 5S and 6S.

4. Proficient in PLC programming with the ability to alter or adjust controllers in a

manufacturing setting.

5. Trained as a “Green Belt” Six Sigma problem solving for team activities and equipment

uptime improvements.

6. Proficient in MS Excel, pivot tables and graphing of critical line process.

7. Capable of reading electrical schematics, flow diagrams, shop drawings.

8. Implementation of equipment parts supply and inventory controls.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Certifications in good standing required as a Maintenance Tech II.

5 Years Field experience as Maintenance Tech II.
