Recently, he has released a large package of 17 non-standard iClone medieval characters, mostly warriors and soldiers, from varying cultures and styles. These characters come well-equipped with 66 motions and the ability to be animated using the director mode. The texturing job on these characters is well done and research into the style of dress and cultures is rather evident. Available for 12,595 points ($125.95 USD), this pack is perhaps one of the most expensive packages on the Marketplace, but is complete and very well done. † Vol. I Issue I 2/26/12-3/4/12 Marketplace Video Warlord Releases Alcove Project SFS- Long-time community member and content developer Warlord has recently released an project file he calls the “Alcove”. This 55k project shows a cave living area in the style of what looks like an old western mining operation, complete with benches, lanterns, and tables. Warlord's attention to detail is quite astounding here- in the video he adds in lots of elements to give the cave a “lived-in” and also natural feel, by getting rid of those nasty straight lines. It even has roots sticking out of the ceiling! A good texturing job and modeling allows these props to be reused in other projects if you save them to your custom props folder. At 799 ($7.99 USD), this package is very affordable. † Marketplace Video Sci-Fi Characters from Arteria3D SFS- In addition to his medieval package, Bigboss also put up Arteria3D's package of sci-fi characters, numbering 15 total, counting the three characters and different variations of each. Not only are there characters, but also 17 accessories including helmets, armor pad components, hair, and even neat sci-fi glasses. 36 motions top off this pack, including both combat and standard motions (although most seem to be of the primary). As Bigboss said in the description, “The motions are carefully crafted to provide expressiveness through a wide range of Sci-Fi related Moves including Assaults and Lazer fights.” At 4,595 ($45.95 USD), this pack offers an interesting addition to any sci-fi film. † Marketplace Video
