q Lesson 9-4, Name Fractions of a Whole, will be available beginning Tuesday on Google Classroom. Watch the lesson and complete the 9-4 assignment on Sadlier Connect by Friday at 10am. If you want to follow along, the example can be found on workbook page 145.
q Lesson 9-5, Find Fractions on a Number Line, will be available beginning Thursday on Google Classroom. Watch the lesson and complete the 9-5 assignment on Sadlier Connect by Friday at 10am. If you want to follow along, the example can be found on workbook page 147.

§ Review lessons 1-5 of Chapter 7 in English.
§ Practice spelling words.
§ Read Suki’s Kimono.
Tasks to demonstrate learning for week of April 13th – 17th:q English Lesson 7.5 Titles of Books and Poems notes will be available by Tuesday at
8:00am. Complete workbook page 109 by Wednesday. I will provide an answer key for the workbook pages to study from.
q Review 7.1-7.5 will be posted by Wednesday. An answer key will be provided.
q Journal topics for this week are on a separate page. After responding to each one in your journal, pick your favorite entry and upload it to the Google classroom by Friday at 8pm. You can take a picture of it or type it in a Google Doc. I’ve created an assignment for it.
q Read the story Suki's Kimono three times this week.§ Pacing Suggestion: Read the story on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (right before
you take the test).
q Complete the Fresh Read assigned to you on Pearson Realize
q Watch the video on the skill of the week, Compare and Contrast.
q Instead of a spelling Tic-Tac-Toe, go on SpellingCity and do the three activities I’ve assigned to you. § Pacing Suggestion: You can do all the activities at once or you can pick three
days this week and complete one each day.
q Complete the Read Test on Pearson Realize .

Tasks to demonstrate learning for week of April 13th – 17th:q For the remainder of the year, we will use the website Studies Weekly for
Social Studies. There are weekly lessons that I will assign to the students. Students will read (you can listen to it as well) and answer questions on the lessons. After reading/listening to all the lessons, they will complete a test on the topic. § Steps for accessing Studies Weekly:
1. Login in2. Click PA Community Studies Weekly3. Click Week 174. Begin Reading
q Logins have been created for all students. It is their first name(full name) and last name. For example mine would be annebeck. The password for all students is gradde003.
