Week in review Remember to practice words to know with your student at home. This will help them as we build our word wall and reading skills. You should be seeing a notecard with each word to know coming home each week. I’m allowing one more week for our memory verse. Students who already recited it to me, don’t have to worry about it. Students that have not yet, keep trying!

Reading Emphasis WeekNext week is reading Emphasis week! Starting Monday, the kids are challenged to read (or be read to) for 10 minutes a day for the next two weeks. That is 140 minutes total! There will be 3 goals
they will be challenged to reach. Goal 1- 50 minutes, Goal 2- 100 minutes, Goal 3- 140 minutes. Once they reach each goal, there is a prize!!
