Year 5 Home Learning Pack Week 1, Term 3 Activities that are highlighted need to be electronically submitted to your teacher via TEAMS or Seesaw daily. If you have a printed pack you can take a photo and send it to your teacher through Seesaw or return your written work to school at the end of the week. Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Morning 9-11am Literacy Spelling Create a word list using 20 of the Premier’s Spelling Bee words (Blue L5, Green L4, Yellow L3, Magenta/Red - L2). Write out your spelling words for the week (LSCWC). For any of the words you don’t know the meaning of (or choose 5 that you are interested in), use a dictionary to write the meaning, or use https://www.oxfordlearnersdicti onaries.com/ Reading: Read for 15-20 minutes. Choose a section of the story and re-write it as a script for a play. Remember to set it out correctly with the names of the characters and the lines they say. For the last slide think of interesting character names or titles. Draw a picture of your favourite.
