Verse: I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in truth. 3 John 1:4
(ESV)

Principal’s Notes:
TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK CONTINUES. Thanks to those who have shown appreciation to our faculty and if you haven’t had the chance, you still have an opportunity. We are blessed with a great faculty who work very hard in ministry for the benefit of our children/families. We continue with the season of Lent. This is a time for reflection and prayer as we contemplate the truth of Jesus ministry culminating in His crucifixion and death on Good Friday, March 30. As you can see in our theme verse above, we strive to help our children walk in the truth of what Jesus has done for us and for what He means to us. Please come to join us for dinner at 6:00 pm followed by Lenten worship at 7:00 pm tonight, Wednesday, March 14 in the Worship Center/Gym.
Chapel Project for the 3rd Quarter
A Lutheran Hour Ministries (LHM) milk carton bank was sent home. This is our
chapel project for the 3rd quarter. Please return the bank to school when it is
filled with money to be placed in the offering at chapel. Your participation
means that our Lutheran missions in Cambodia will be able to make contacts
with many in the community and proclaim Jesus as their Savior. As you
participate in this project, please pray for the missionaries and their families and
that God would find ways to use our offerings to bring many of our Cambodian
friends into His kingdom.
• PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT SCHOOL WILL BE IN SESSION THIS FRIDAY, MARCH 16. On the original 2017-18 calendar this was a non-attendance Records Day but is now being used for a make-up attendance day.
• A huge thanks to our crew who went to St. Paul Lutheran Church last Friday, March 9 and picked up SMART boards and a SMART table. It was greatly appreciated. We are now looking at some strategies for installation.
