The increase of real property tax revenue is due to a $687,244 increase in assessed valuation as a result of eco-nomic changes.

The increase in personal property tax revenue is due to a $3,032,604 increase in assessed valuation as a result of economic changes.

The decrease in new construction is due to the decrease of $1,465,107 in assessed valuation as a result of economic changes.

The decrease in newly added territory is due to the de-crease of $59 in assessed valuation as a result of economic changes.

The increase in property changed from local to state as-sessed is due to the increase of $23,497 in assessed valua-tion as a result of economic changes.
