Our indoor chapel boasts the beauti ful architecture of the Cape Dutch
sty le, giv ing the area a warm and elegant ambiance.
Our garden chapel t ruly feels l ike an escape into nature. Situated between
large oak trees and greenery, this area emits an earthy romantic ambiance.

FOOD TASTINGComplimentary menu tastings hosted every quarter for the bridal couple. Bookings are required. A
surcharge for any extra people will be charged. Dates for tastings:

COORDINATORA wedding coordinator will be assigned to you in. Guidance on flowers, decor,
photographers, budget matters, wedding trends & menu selections will be provided. Co-ordination
with our preferred suppliers for the set-up of a full sample mockup table with various options will be
provided.
ACCOMMODATION FOR BRIDE & GROOMThe venue fee includes a luxurious bride suite & groom suite in the venue hire on your
wedding day. This is ideal for the bride & groom & their entourages to get ready in on the big day.
Both rooms are complimentary the night of the wedding & the bride suite usually serves as the
romantic honeymoon suite.
VENUE HIREKleinkaap has a variety of venues to choose from. Venue hire includes an arrival, ceremony chapel,
pre-reception & reception area, indoors or outdoors for 8 hours. Set-up of included decor in venue is
included in venue hire. Access to the bar & lounge at the reception venue.
TABLE DÉCORWe have beautiful decor items that include gorgeous wooden rectangular tables or round /
rectangular tables with a tablecloth. Wrought iron chairs with leather seats for reception (no covers
needed). Complete table setting with crockery, glassware & cutlery. Table linen (white damask
pattern, black damask pattern). Napkins (white plain, white damask pattern). Silver underplates
(33cm). Silver ice buckets & stands (1 per table)

STAFF ON WEDDING DAYWaiters & barmen for a minimum 8-hour shi f t for a wedding (shi f t starts 1½
hours before the wedding & ends ½ hour after the wedding) . For a plated
menu, one waiter for every 10 guests. For the buffet menu, one waiter for
every 15 guests.
BACK-UP INDOOR VENUEIf you decide on an outdoor ceremony & the weather does not play along we
automatically cater for a plan B (indoor ceremony at no extra charge).
BREAKFASTThe Bridal couple receive a complimentary breakfast the morning after their memora-
ble celebration. If you have guests staying over in our accommoation, they are wel-come to join you at an extra cost and bookings are essential!

in each room. All 32 rooms have en-suite bathrooms with both a bath and shower. All rates below

Kleinkaap Boutique Hotel strives to serve wholesome & delicious food that
nourishes the body. We believe organically grown produce not only nourishes the
body, but the mind & soul as well. Herbs & flowers used at Kleinkaap are grown in our
very own vegetable & herb garden, Kanaän.
Our beef comes from grass-fed cattle sourced from local farmers, along with
delicious eggs laid by happy hens that scratch around freely in the fields. Our menus
change seasonally, depending on what is available in our garden & where fresh
veggies are grown without the use of chemical fertil isers, pesticides or artificial
chemicals.

the premises.
• Annual food increases will be of immediate effect in January of every year for the year
ahead.
• Menu prices remain subject to change due to economic factors during the year.
• Children between 3 & 11 will be charged for the kiddies menu. No charge for children un-
der 3 years old.
• Children will not be considered part of the total amount of the minimum guests’ amount.
• Please note all guest must be catered for; applicable to all menu options available on our
menu selector.
• If not arranged, the amount will be deducted from the deposit.
• Should your actual number of guests on the day of your wedding exceed the number con-
firmed, you will be charged the quoted menu plus a 50% surcharge.
• Catering for 3rd party operators (DJ, photographer, etc.) will be charged at a 50%
discounted adult rate for a maximum of 3 pax (see price package per person).

MINIMUM GUESTS
Our minimum requirement for booking any of our venues is 80 guests from Monday to Saturday.
Sundays require a minimum of 10 guests. .

For your safety, we have a strictly cash-free zone at our venue. We gladly accept cards at the Bar.
Please include this information in your invitation.
Guests can open a bar tab on the evening.
BAR TABS
You are welcome to run a prepaid bar tab for your guests with all options on the bar menu or
limited options. If bar tab haven’t been reached after the wedding, the money will be refunded
together with your refundable deposit. Your coordinator will keep you informed on the bar tab
should you wish to increase throughout the night.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Any vegan, vegetarian, lactose, gluten intolerant friends? Please feel free to advise your
coordinator the guest name and table number and we will cater accordingly to any dietary
requirement.
KIDS
Inviting any kids to your wedding? We have a kiddies room available close to the reception venue
for kids to play.
SUPPLIER DISCOUNT
Catering for 3rd party operators (DJ, photographer, etc.) will be charged at a 50% discounted
adult rate for a maximum of 3 pax (see price package per person).

KLEINKAAP BAR
Kleinkaap bar has an extensive liquor list available. Please note that the bar is a cash-free zone.
Guests can place orders from their table waiter.
WINE BAR
Kleinkaap can offer a beautiful wine bar display using wine barrels should you wish not to serve
wine on the tables. Enquire for wine list or you are welcome to bring in your own wine at a corkage
fee per 750ml bottle. This option monitors wine wastage effectively.
LOCAL MOBILE BAR
Kleinkaap can offer a local bar option with a variety of local beers, ciders, wines, soft drinks, and
juices. Displayed in our lovely large silver ice buckets. Amount of drinks depending on your
budget.
GIN BAR
For all gin lovers, book a gin bar for your canapés. Gin Bar prices are based on full bottles only,
with each guest being served G&T’s until all chosen bottles of gin are depleted.
Prices are inclusive of mixers, appropriate garnish, and botanicals. It is recommended to have at
least 2 bottles per 30 guests. We charge R1600 per bottle. Enquire our coordinators for Gin Menu.
ROOM PLATTERS
Order delicious platters for your room the morning of your wedding. We have various platter
options for you to choose from. Enquire your wedding coordinator for the platter menu.
WEDDING CAKE
Our professional pastry chef can supply artisanal naked two or three-tier wedding cakes, with
buttercream icing and fresh berries. Please enquire with your co-ordinator about the prices.
DONUT WALL
Love donuts more than cake? We can supply you with delicious homemade donuts displayed on a
donut wall!

STEP 2 : SECURE YOUR DATEPay the deposit of R5000. By paying a deposit you indicate your acceptance of the Terms and

STEP 3 : CONFIRMATIONYour wedding date will be secured upon receipt of the above and you will receive written
confirmation from Kleinkaap.
STEP 4 : PAYMENT OF FINAL INVOICEKleinkaap requires a 50% payment of the pro-forma invoice 4 months prior to the wedding date.
The balance of the pro-forma invoice is payable at least 30 days prior to the wedding date.number of
