Catering and celebrationsWe offer a range of catering to suit individual tastes and pricing for celebrations after your ceremony. Our partners can work with you to extend the celebrations into the night. How about an evening reception in a luxury tipi with overnight glamping for you and your guests?

Our terrace and indoor room can hold between 60-80 people depending on your individual requirements such as whether you would like to us to host the ceremony only or if you would like to select from an array of quality food and beverage options for your guests, following on from the main event.

A wedding here means a unique, tailor-made day in the beautiful setting of Dalby – The Great Yorkshire Forest. You can make the most of the stunning surroundings by holding your ceremony on our outside terrace overlooking the treeline. Or we have a dedicated room inside with beautiful floor to ceiling views across the forest landscape.

We’ll give you a tour of the venue and you can discuss your ideas or specific needs for the day – drinks, décor, food and any other special touches or themes you’d like featured.

We can also make suggestions and recommend local suppliers and service providers to help the important details of your day come together – from recommending a florist or photographer, to arranging prop hire for your special day.

The finer detailsEach wedding of course will be bespoke to your requirements and unique to you. All couples will enjoy exclusive use of the terrace and the linked function room for the price of £780 incl VAT. We run special offers throughout the year that may interest you so do get in touch with a member of our friendly team to discuss your potential dates and plans.

Don’t forget that if you’re getting married on-site you’ll need to contact our local registrars to arrange your ceremony and pay their charges directly with the county council. Once your date is set and planning is well underway, you secure the venue for your chosen day with a non-refundable deposit of £300 with the full balance payable two weeks before the big day. A contract will be issued and needs to be signed once the date is booked with us.
