We have a choice of rooms to suit wedding parties of different sizes, including our marquee with its own private lawn overlooking the racecourse. You can even get married on a raceday in our marquee!

The Venue

The Parade Ring MarqueeThe Parade Ring Marquee is the perfect choice if you are looking for a marquee wedding complete with stunning views. Accommodating up to 200 guests, you can decorate the marquee to suit your colour scheme and enjoy your very own private lawn overlooking the racecourse, perfect for hosting a drinks reception as your guests arrive.

Also available for raceday weddings, the marquee is in the heart of the racing action on a raceday ensuring you and your guests will experience a day you’ll never forget.

The Croft Suite The Croft Suite is ideal for large weddings, accommodating up to 200 guests. A complete blank canvas, you can dress the room to suit your theme and dance the night away with your guests after you’ve enjoyed a delicious wedding breakfast.

As well as the reassurance of knowing your wedding day suite is exclusively yours, you can be sure that your room or marquee will include a bar facility, cloakrooms, tables with linen and chairs*. Meaning you can focus on the finishing touches that will make your day unique.

DirectionsWorcester Racecourse is ideally located in the heart of Worcester City Centre, close to train and bus links and easily accessible on foot. Located close to the M5 motorway, Worcester Racecourse offers easy access for all guests wherever their starting point may be.

By roadFrom the north or south take Junction 6 off the M5 and follow the A449 towards Worcester City Centre. From the West take the A443 and A44, both offer good access to the City Centre. Follow the brown racecourse signs. The postcode for the car park on non-racedays is WR1 3EJ.

By railThere are frequent British Rail services to Worcester Foregate Street Station which is 10 minutes walk from the Racecourse, and also to Worcester Shrubhill Station which is a 20 minute walk or 5/10 minute taxi ride from the racecourse.

Parking at Worcester RacecourseCar parking is free at Worcester Racecourse when hiring our venue for your event, with ample free parking in front of the Grandstand and Centre Course car park if you are hosting a larger event. For the Grandstand car park use postcode WR1 3EJ, for the Centre Course car park use postcode WR1 3EH to take you to the car park entrance.
