We offer the following tiers of product ranges for your selection; All tiers include Domestic and Imported Beer, House Wine and Non-Alcoholic Beverages. Pricing is based per person, per hour, not on consumption.

Hourly Bar Service
The preferred option for many of our guests, The beverage service is charged as a hourly rate per guest, based on guaranteed attendance. guests select the level of product to be served at the Standard Hourly Rate. The Host can budget the exact amount for their
Beverage Service Charges. A Bartender Fee of 100 applies to each bar for this service
Cash Bar Service
The Event Planner will contract to have a bar available to their guests and each person is responsible for the payment for their own beverages. If per bar sales are higher than 400, there is no charge to the Host, should sales fall below this, the Host is required to pay a fee of 100.
All no-host bars require a Cashier at 65 per Cashier.

Food and Beverage
Custom menus are available upon request.
Due to liability and legal restrictions, food or beverage (alcoholic or otherwise)
may not be brought into the hotel from outside sources by patrons or attendees.
A 22% taxable service charge and 8.25% sales tax will be added to all food and beverage
purchases. Any group requesting a tax exemption must submit its form letter requesting
exemption one month prior to the event.
Excess food or beverage may not be taken from the hotel.
Prices are subject to change without notice and will be confirmed six months prior to the
event.
Food service is based on one and a half hours of continuous service.
Guarantees
Meals will only be prepared for the number guaranteed, every effort will be made to
accommodate any additional guests.
If actual attendance exceeds the guarantee, the actual attendance will be charged.
The Embassy Suites requests all menu and meeting requirements be submitted at least
21 days in advance of the event.
The hotel will require a final guarantee 72 hours prior to the event. This will be the
minimum guarantee, not subject to reduction.
Entertainment
The Sales and Event Management Staff is pleased to offer suggestions of entertainment
for the event.
When selecting entertainment, please have the entertainers contact your Event Manager
to discuss staging needs, entry procedures, electrical requirements and applicable
service fees.

Signs
The Embassy Suites will post your program in the public areas, unless otherwise instructed. Signs and banners must be professionally produced and may only be placed in function areas with prior approval. Signs are prohibited on guest room floors and in the elevators
Conference Materials
Please inform the Event Management Staff of any deliveries, so the Embassy Suites will be prepared to accept and store packages. All packages must include the name of the conference or event, the Event Manager’s name, meeting planner name and event dates. Deliveries will not be accepted more than three days in advance.
Decorations
The Embassy Suites has a listing of businesses available to coordinate plant rentals, decorations, etc. Attaching any signs, posters, banners, etc. to the walls, floors or ceilings of rooms requires hotel approval. Any damage incurred will be the responsibility of the person in charge of the event
during which the damage occurred.

Banquet and Meeting Rooms
Because other groups may be utilizing the same room prior to, or following your event, please adhere to the agreed upon terms. Should your schedule change, please contact your Event Manager. Every effort will be made to accommodate you. Function room rental changes negotiated in your contract are subject to sales tax. Additional meeting space needs will be charged for accordingly. Function rooms are assigned based on the anticipated number of attendees. If attendance drops or increases, the Embassy Suites reserves the right to move groups, with notification, to rooms suitable for their attendance. There will be a minimum 150 per room reset charge for each request to
change the approved set-up of a meeting room once the room has been
set as originally agreed upon.
Security
The Embassy Suites shall not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles. Arrangements for security of exhibits, merchandise or articles set up for display may be made prior to the event through your Event Manager. The loss prevention division of the hotel must approve any outside security arrangements. Additional fees will be applied when meeting room locks are requested to be changed. Security personnel are available at 40 an hour.
