phy I hereby acknowledge that I have commissioned Emily Lewin Photography to be

the photographer for my wedding on ____________________ (date) and understand that she retains all rights with regard to the copyrights of the photos taken at the wedding. I understand that I cannot sell or otherwise gain profit from the sale of these photos.

I also understand that the Emily Lewin Photography is entitiled to use the photographs for business use, such as portfolio, website, and promotion without my prior consent.

If the Emily Lewin Photography wishes to make use of the photographs in any other manner than for the above mentioned, notice will be given to the me within reasonable time. Tacit consent will be given, unless the I refuses, by way of writing, within a reasonable time of receiving the notice.

Pictures may not be given to any service providers without prior consent of the Emily Lewin Photography. All photography services will be provided by Emily Lewin Photography.

I agree to pay Emily Lewin Photography a non-refundable deposit of 35% of the full rate for the package I have chosen at the time of booking in order to secure the date and photography services for that date. I also agree to pay Emily Lewin Photography the remainder of the fee for the________________________ package in full on or before the day of the wedding in exchange for photography services rendered on that day.

I understand that I will be given a digital download of all of my final edited pictures as well as an online gallery to share with family and friends. I agree that if I upload any unwatermarked photos to any social media site or other gallery that I will either tag or photocredit Emily Lewin Photography.
