The packages below are suggested starting points

for discussion. Any aspect of the service can be

changed to suit your needs, however I find couples

find it easier to start with something in front of

them to adapt rather than having a blank sheet of

paper which can be a little daunting...

WEDDING STORYBOOK PACKAGE

Before

• Initial pre-planning meeting to discuss requirements

• Planning meeting at venue (if appropriate) to agree final arrangements

During

• Bride preparations at home, arrival at ceremony, ceremony and leaving for reception,

reception until speeches/cake cutting

• Place cards provided for guests with picture of couple and details of how to access

photos online after the event

After

• Shot selection session

• Photo preparation, re-touching

• Online, password protected photo viewing

• CD of 100 images selected by you - (for online use and printing up to 9" x 6")

• 12" x 12" deluxe hardback storybook printed on photopaper - approx 26 sides with 50

to 80 images (can be upgraded to full wedding album or extra pages added if

required—please enquire)

WEDDING PRINTS PACKAGE

As for the Wedding Album Package above but instead of the storybook you get:

• 15 maxi size prints (9” x 6”)

• 5 double mounted maxi prints ready to frame

• 1 large framed print

PRE-WEDDING LIFESTYLE SHOOT

• Relaxed shoot at your home or a regional urban, rural or coastal location of your

choice

• Photo retouching of images

• Online, password protected photo viewing

• Opportunity for you to select the shots you like

• Luxury photobook of selected images

• CD of 50 selected images at both high (allowing full quality printing up to

9” x 6”) and low res (ready for online use)

WEDDING PACKAGE EXTRAS

The two main wedding packages are

designed to cover the most commonly

requested services. However, your

needs may well be different. The

packages can be customised in any

way you wish – just get in touch to

discuss.

Some of the more common changes

are:

• different coverage of events –

eg. evening event following afternoon reception

• more prints

• ALL images on CD

• different size prints

• canvas prints

• Include storybook or upgrade story book to full wedding album (see below)

• mini-albums for parents/bridesmaids, etc.

• additional prints/albums etc. can of course also be purchased by guests outside the

set package

STORYBOOKS

A beautiful and lasting way to keep your images. There is

a vast array of album choices available covering all price

ranges. —to give you the choice of how much you want to

invest. The list below is intended as a guide only - other

sizes and designs are also available.

For a more economical album choose a storybook. These

resemble normal, hardcover books and the photos are

printed directly onto the page. Pages can be made up of

one or more photographs.

LUXURY STORYBOOK

• This is a top quality A4 size hardback photobook

with a photographic cover. The price shown is for

26 sides but extra pages can be added. £69

DELUXE STORYBOOK

(supplied as standard with the ‘Wedding

Storybook package’)

• Large 12” x 12” hardback

photobook with a photocover.

Printed on high quality

photographic paper. Pages are

thicker than usual and also lie

completely flat when opened. The price shown is for 26 sides but extra pages can

be added. A really beautiful, quality book. £119

WEDDING ALBUMS

These superb 'Renaissance', high-end photo albums are professionally printed and

produced by Colorworld Imaging, a leading wedding album company. They are very

substantial and represent some of the highest quality albums available.

Pages are 'flush' meaning the photos are printed directly on to the pages rather than

being mounted separately and have a modern feel to them. Pages are 'stiff" so they

do not bend. They also lay flat when open meaning images which run across two

pages are not spoilt by the 'valley' running down the spine.

The nature of the albums means that the design of them is very flexible to suit your

style and offers a choice between including a smaller number of larger images or a

larger number of smaller images... or

somewhere in between!

There are a large number of options

available such as leather, acrylic, canvas or

metal covers; metallic finish pages; different

sizes and aspect ratios. To see examples and

Smaller parent/guest versions of the same

album are also available at very attractive

discounted prices prices.

If you are booking the 'Wedding Storybook

package' and want to upgrade the deluxe

storybook included to the album above, the cost

of a deluxe storybook will be deducted from the

album cost.



WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

• Geoff deals with all clients

personally and takes all photos

himself – work is not

subcontracted. This means he

can gain a full understanding of

what you want throughout the

process.

• Geoff does not have a

‘clockwatching’ policy. Once it

has been agreed which parts of

the day will be covered, any

unavoidable delays etc will be

covered for within reason.

Therefore you won’t have to

worry about your photographer ‘clocking off’ just before a crucial moment!

• In the planning meeting a few weeks before the wedding we discuss the running of

the day, specific requirements you may have, the types of shots you particularly want

and the overall ‘style’ of photos you’re looking for.

• A pre-wedding photoshoot is an optional extra but is recommended. Why? It is usually

an outdoor shoot at your home or a regional location of your choice – country,

coastal, urban, take your choice. It will usually last an hour or two and gives a chance

for you to get used to being in front of the camera. It’s also a relaxed way for Geoff to

get to know you a bit better, try some different shots out and see what you like. If as a

result of this session you find you especially like certain styles of picture he can try to

include more of these on the big day! Included in the price is a photo book containing

a selection of the images which makes a lovely informal record of the day. Photos

from this session can also be selected for inclusion in your main wedding album if

wanted. You can of course order prints of individual photos from this session too.

• The number of shots taken during the wedding is unlimited and will depend on the

nature of events. Rest assured you’ll have plenty to choose from...!

• A few days after the wedding (or after you return from your honeymoon!) you will

meet together for a viewing session. At this time Geoff will already have done some

initial image editing. You will get to see a slideshow of the images and spend some

time selecting your favourites for your album, prints, framing etc. After this Geoff will

do some further image editing to make sure they are looking at their best before

printing. Your selected photos will be uploaded to a password protected online album

to be viewed by family, guests etc.

• Turn around time after this until you receive your photos depends on products

selected but is usually within a couple of weeks.

• Geoff is covered by full personal liability and indemnity insurance for all weddings

and carries backups of key items to ensure that in the event of an unlikely failure

the photography will still continue!

• When you are ready to make a booking a contract will be provided to you

itemising exactly what will be provided. You will be asked to check, sign and

return this together with a non-returnable deposit of £150. This will secure your

date. The balance of payment should then be paid at least two weeks before

your wedding date.
