    Penne pasta and cheese tortellini, tossed to order with your guests choice of marinara,

    Alfredo, pesto or olive oil and garlic served with fresh Italian selections of roasted garlic,

    zucchini, broccoli, artichokes, mushrooms, sausage, chicken, bacon and prosciutto

    $9 per person

    Risotto Station

    Shrimp, scallops, spinach, asparagus, portabella mushrooms, peas, sundried tomatoes,

    fresh tomatoes, red peppers, garlic, fresh herbs, lemon & parmesan

    Sauted Shellfish Station

    Gulf Shrimp, Sea Scallops, Florida Grouper sauted with choice of olive oil, butter, cream,

    garlic, capers, tomatoes, spinach, peppers, pesto, basil, oregano, white wine, lemon and

    parmesan. Served with Garlic Bread.

    Burgers, Chicken, Crab Cakes and Pulled Pork served on miniature buns with assorted

    toppings of lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, assorted cheeses, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard,

    Mashed Potato Martini Bar

    Mashed Yukon Gold and Sweet Potatoes served in Martini Glasses with assorted toppings

    including cheddar cheese, Boursin, goat cheese, Parmesan, sour cream, garlic,, scallions,

    horseradish, bacon, ham,, and truffle oil

    Gourmet Grilled Cheese Station

    Miniature grilled cheese sandwiches made to order on a variety of specialty breads

    including Jewish Rye, Italian, sour dough and honey wheat.

    A variety of Brie, Mozzarella, Havarti, American, Swiss, Cheddar, Monterey Jack and

    Smoked Gouda can be paired with additional toppings including bacon, ham, prosciutto,

    avocado, tomato, roasted red peppers, scallions, fig jam.
